Being a builder I have sold quite a few houses with Redwoods and wouldn’t use anyone else. Chris, Richard,Oliver and Charlotte have been great over the years and always go the extra mile. House sales can be challenging sometimes so you need an agent who is straight talking and gets the job done. Some agents switch off when a sale price is agreed, but really that’s when the work starts! I’ve always found Redwoods are there for you from start to finish.

Terrible service. Booked to view a property, got a phone call half an hour before the appointment asking if I still wanted to view to which I replied yes. Turned up for the viewing as arranged with my young son and baby at 9.15, nobody came for the viewing, the people who had booked to come and look at the property after me then appeared and were also left waiting. It got to 9.45 by which point my baby was getting upset so we left without seeing the house. There was no for sale sign up outside the house to indicate which one it was yet the property has been on the market for two months! So glad it's not my house they're trying to sell. Only book a viewing if you've plenty time to waste.

I cannot believe that the previous review is a genuine reflection of the same company that has helped me through a particularly difficult and drawn out sales process over the past few months. I have sold several properties in various parts of the country over the past 5 years so have dealt with a considerable number of Estate Agents. Redwoods, without doubt, are by far the best I have ever used.
Their professionalism, local knowledge, wide range of contacts and clear communications made sure that we overcame various problems in a timely manner to bring the sale to a successful conclusion.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and giving them a thoroughly deserved 5 star rating

Not a clue how they've managed to get ssich a high rating. They're shocking! The only time they get in touch is about rent. Very poor communication skills, we were left without electric over night and nearly 24 hours even though we have three young children, had a mouldy old carpet left in our garden for months (which should of been moved when we first moved in), very faulty electrics which they didn't fix until a few weeks before we vacated the property & a number of other things wrong with the house. After we moved in, a close friend of ours (who also rented off redwoods) their attic bedroom ceiling caved in and they didn't sort that until they moved out. TOTAL DISGRACE!
