31st Dec 2024 (20 weeks ago)The viewings were carried out, in the main, by accompanied viewers rather than the sales team which I was not advised of at the beginning of the process which meant limited connection was made between any potential buyers and the sales team. Feedback and response to queries was slow and I often felt I was chasing the team.- 19th May 2025 (1 day ago)From the very start w h brown has kept in touch with us , providing up to the minute progress with viewings and chasing up potential buyers. Always felt able to phone or call into the office to speak to the agents and was always greeted in a friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble and always, always got answers to any questions we had.

22nd Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)We would highly recommend David and Freddie at Marsh and Marsh after having an utterly disastrous experience from a well known other company!! Our house was on the market within 2 days of David's and Freddie’s initial appointment, absolutely amazing! Sold it straight away! Can’t fault the follow up until completion, always on hand and return your calls if not available, we would definitely recommend them. Thank you both!!

Matt and his colleagues at Dawson Estate Agents have kept us informed throughout the whole process which was very much appreciated as we had not sold or bought a house for over 30 years. Fees were very competitive and I would have no hesitation to use Dawson's again or highly recommend them to anyone selling their home. Many Thanks, Steve & Janet.

(185 reviews)15th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)The whole process was made exceptionally easy by this really friendly team. From the moment of the valuation visit I knew they were right for the job. Everything was explained clearly and I had real confidence which put my mind at ease given it was the sale of my mums house after she was moved into a care home. Emails were always answered quickly, usually within a matter of minutes, which was great given I live over 90 miles away from the property being sold. Could not recommend Martin Thornton and the team highly enough and would definitely use them again if I was selling a property in the Huddersfield area.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Not only did he help aid to navigate me to an outcome I so badly wanted, but it’s the fact that Haroon actually does make things happen & get you the results you want.
