I have recently sold a property through Briggs and Mortimer and also currently let a property with them. Despite being warned by other estate agents of dangers of paying up front and not getting the same service as they would give for £1000 more in fees, I found that not to be the case. The service was exactly the same, if not better. Ammie was excellent and available at any time and Sandra was, and is, always helpful. I find the service friendly but professional and I would recommend them to other sellers and landlords.... Read more

Our experience has been very good, this is the best service we have ever recieved from a property firm since renting for a couple of years. The paperwork was quickly organised and the process was very smooth and there was help/support all the way. Sandra and Ammie have been amazing and we also had very quick services delivered with any issues.
