My mum recently bought a retirement apartment through Ensum Brown, and Sarah was instrumental in getting it over the line. We had continual challenges with solicitors (at both ends) as well as probate, but her tenacity was exceptional; I have no doubt it wouldn't have exchanged in a timely manner without her help. She provided daily updates and demonstrated throughout that she really cares about what she does. It was a real pleasure to work with her and I couldn't recommend her enough!

They are so busy their signs just get discarded like trash for the council to pick up. Even after it being reported to them that a sign had been discarded post sale, it still remains. Keep drinking those profits ????

After losing the first sale?, Ensum Brown were very proactive in re marketing and within 6 weeks we had another offer. From start to completion 12 weeks. We have been absolutely delighted with the service we have received from Ensum Brown Estate Agents in Royston when they sold our property recently. They were extremely professional and went over and above to ensure the sale went through smoothly. Right from the initial phone call for a valuation to the completion day they could not have been more helpful. It made the whole experience much more relaxing! We would certainly recommend them and definitely use their services again.
Everyone we dealt with was amazing and apologies if we have missed any names but special mention to Fraser, Matt, Jordan, Kate and also Sarah Leach who looked after us so well keeping us informed of how the sale was progressing. This last part was a bonus and am not aware of many or any other estate agents offering this service. Thankyou to all again.

Ensum brown went above and beyond to help get us in our dream house. The team are very knowledgeable and put together an excellent deal with our buyer and the developer. I have never seen much value from estate agents until dealing with them. I highly recommend them to anyone.
