When we rented in Horsham everything went smoothly. The Lettings staff were helpful with maintenance issues. It was good to be able to talk to them in person at their town centre office.

My experience selling with Brock Taylor was perhaps during a time they had some challenges and I changed agent although Brock Tayler always came up as top agent and I had rated them highly as my first choice.
Having had to move quickly on one of the properties they were selling as my purchase had sadly fallen through, I could not have wished for a better response and personalised service from Keith Grant than I could have hoped for. I was blown away by his enthusiasm and how he went the extra mile.
I am at the start of this journey with this company again and much like Emma's review, I very much am having my faith renewed, thanks to Keith, who is an excellent communicator and breath of fresh air. Thank you for all your efforts.

When I needed help and none of the other agents around Horsham wanted to help, even though I had a good credit rating and passed the affordability check, as well as having a good history of renting, a young lad called Josh at Brock Taylor pulled out all the stops to find me something under the supervision of Amy Denton.
Over and over again, the team goes above and beyond their station to sort out issues when they arise and more importantly, with speed and re-assurance. Simon Jervis and Kate Ellery are both the most methodical people you can meet and always have a keen eye on the ball. To me, Brock Taylor stands on that plinth far higher than anybody else in Horsham when it comes to service. Use the best, forget the rest. Hats off to you guys and thank you for everything over the past 7 years under your care.

Did a good job with a consistent flow of viewings etc. Well organized, friendly, I guess you are paying a healthy sum of money to them for the privilege vs hours spent marketing it on a few websites and managing your viewings (best part of £4K)

Great when you start renting, as soon as they know you're leaving expect to be treated appallingly. My husband requested an end to our tenancy before I could suggest he waited, at no point was I consulted (one of my friends studying law actually said I could sue for this as BOTH of our names are on the contract so legally they should have checked we were both happy to end the tenancy), as our house purchase was delayed we were facing homelessness, and having pleaded with brock taylor several times to help us find alternative accommodation and/or allow us to extend our moving date (even if only by a week which we KNOW would have been fine as the next tenants didn't move in straight away) brock taylor did NOTHING to help us. Not a single thing despite knowing I was pregnant and at risk of living on the street. They did nothing to help us find a new place which is frankly shocking. I am absolutely disgusted by the staff's apathy. Oh.. and expect to be completely ripped off by the company they use to check out, trying to claim the flat was professionally cleaned before we moved in (it wasn't) and that a singular coffee ground (must have fallen off the cloth we used to wipe the surfaces) constitutes a dirty cupboard, rather than allowing my husband the 1 second it would have taken to remove it.

I would definitely recommend Brock Taylor for both a seller or a buyer. Josh was great and gave us lots of advice on selling our property and was happy to help at every step during the sales process. Leanne, the sale progressor was amazing. She went above and beyond for us and also the buyer. She was always on hand and kept us informed at every step, working late and making sure she kept us updated. Leanne was happy to help, even though we are in lockdown during Covid 19, she has always found a way to help and was such a friendly person to chat to. Thank you so much Leanne for pushing our sale forward, you are a godsend

Not a positive experience. 1 viewing only and no feedback - took 3 of chasing to get feedback from the agent who had never seen the house before. After 2 months I insisted their agents see our house. When we gave notice the manager was rude and then sent multiple emails disparaging other agents and contradicting himself. Kept asking for Rightmove data and never received it as they had our email wrong and did not correct it. Already better standards and viewings after 1 week with new agent at same price.
