Right from his initial appraisal he understood precisely what needed to be done and the timescale it needed doing in. He priced the property perfectly and marketed it impeccably. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his experience and expertise went over and above anything I expected. The team at Jackson-Stops arranged quality viewings and always gave prompt and honest feedback throughout the sales process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jackson-Stops Dorking.
8th Feb 2026 (5 days ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

10th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)They were pretty awful throughout, communication was horrendous and Will was a joke, communication was horrendous and sent very strange emails once we’d decided to pull out of using Henry Adam’s. The house has remained unsold.

He made us feel heard and helped us with buying our home whilst being transparent with us through all steps and offering friendly advice and found us the perfect mortgage. We found Connells to have personable staff who respect their customers and show integrity in how they treat people. We interacted mostly with Kirsty and Doug but also with Martin, Callum, Serhat, Ellie and Hayley. They were all helpful, kind and professional. Big thumbs up from us. We strongly recommend Connells, Crawley.

While not the cheapest in terms of fees, you definitely get what you pay for. Sam secured an above asking price offer and ensured we went with the best offer, not just in terms of price but with those in the strongest position. He then went on to offer amazing communication, liaising between all parties in the chain. Plus a great sounding board when things were getting stressful. I’d highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.
