Responsive, understanding, and brilliant at getting vendors to be super-patient. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I dealt with Sky and Danielle, who were both professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. They were always responsive and kept me well informed at every stage, and their guidance and support were second to none. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

8th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Robert Leech enough for their full support throughout selling my home. From the viewings where every sales person knew the whole house, from a sale falling through (buyer moved elsewhere) to a sale being made second time round very quickly. It’s been a stressful process (complications with sign off) made much easier by the support and encouragement from the team at Robert Leech. Lisa has held our hands throughout the whole process checking in every week and more. Couldn’t have met a more dedicated person who kept everyone in the loop at every stage. My onward purchase estate agent is unfortunately nowhere near as passionate as Lisa and it’s shown me just the over and above service provided. The team are so friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. Absolutely thrilled with the service I’ve received. Thank you Lisa, Craig & the team! Grantley’s has been the most responsive and professional lettings agents and management company that I have experienced. If I had a buy to let, I would use them. I’m really going to miss my chats with Samantha. Hopefully one day I will either rent a place managed by them or, if fortunate enough, have a buy to let that they manage.
13th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Stupidly agreed to a free valuation with no pressure however after deciding we wouldn’t be selling for a while and telling them that, I’ve had call after call from both the Crawley office and another local office. I emailed them to ask that my details be removed from their systems which was acknowledged however the calls continued. I answered one of the calls and again explained I’m not moving and to remove me from their list. They apologised and said they would update their records…..still calls! I got a call yesterday again asking if I wanted an updated valuation. I declined. Yet I’ve been called again today. I will be blocking them if I get called again as it’s bordering harassment now. It’s actually off putting and now, even if I did decide to put my house on the market, it wouldn’t be with fox and sons.

We have bought two properties with them (so far) and from Luke's friendly and knowledgeable professionalism on the viewings to Kelly's expertise and detailed communication, this is the team you want in your corner when securing an investment! We do hope to work more closely with their lettings team too, but so far they have proved more elusive!

21st Apr 2026 (13 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

Sarah, one of the managers, went above and beyond in helping us in a very difficult house sale due to the time we had acquiring probate. The house sale took on extra problems, but with Sarah's professional advice on contacting our MP to intervene on the excessive time probate was now taking (over a year!) the problem was resolved very quickly. I am sure if it wasn't for Homes Partnership and Sarah's dedication in helping us, we would still be waiting for probate! I cannot recommend enough Sarah and Homes Partnership for the professional, caring, and dedicated service they gave us.. they always went the extra mile at all times through the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough, they were absolutely brilliant!

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

From the first meeting, he identified a potential group of buyers that no other agent had talked about which made us feel very at ease. The photography and listing process was very straightforward, and they managed the viewings process seamlessly. He actually created a WhatsApp group and was very quick to answer questions which was very helpful in what turned out to a long drawn out process (after offer had been accepted). Would work with Sam and AH in a heartbeat if we were moving again.
