16th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

Elle has helped me immensely, being very clear and precise with every detail. The apartment was cleaned in detail before I moved in, for every question I had they were very correct both in phone conversations and emails. I am very happy that I rented the house with this agency, I think they are very correct and serious. I suggest you with your eyes closed. Thank you Elleeee????

Right from the start of our search Hamptons were extremely helpful, professional and courteous and a special mention must go to Tommy Jones who went above and beyond with all our interactions. He regularly liaised with the vendors and got back to us very promptly. He kept the confidences of both ourselves and the vendors and was the consulate professional at all times. The whole procedure was a stress free as it could beWe would have no hesitation in using the services of Hamptons in the future.

Though the process was a bit lengthy than anticipated, Ross kept me in the loop until the very last day. I am a very contented first home owner and I would recommend anyone to Greenaway due to their outstanding service.
