Very good service, I stepped into the office and right away they asked how can I help you. My contact person was Chloe Bolton, she was very kind and helpful.
I was very lucky that the place I was looking for popped into their email box just when I entered the office. Email and phone contact was direct and all questions answered immediately. I sold my house through Connells Horsham. Since David Saunders took over as the manager the service I received from him and his team was first class. David is just what you want at the very stressful time of moving house. He is quick at responding to emails,calls and whatsapp. He does what he says he will do. He kept me informed of the process as we went along. I found him very reassuring and helpful at the end of an 18 month process. I believe that it was David communicating with all parties involved that finally pushed my move through to completion.

Absolutely over the moon with the service received from James and the team at Connells. James (Branch Manager) level of knowledge and service when assisting with finding us a property was/is unrivalled and second to none and i thoroughly recommend using these guys when buying/selling your home.
They did what they said they'd do and found us our dream family home by listening to us and our criteria and matched our specific needs to a product on the market that we're ecstatic and forever grateful with.
Its safe to say that buying during the pandemic brought its own uncertainties and worries and our process was anything but smooth. We had a lot of issues with solicitors which the team kindly got involved with and chased on our behalf and kept the process moving. I was shown 2 properties in Horsham by Holli Ashpole, who was already waiting for me at the entrance to the first. She was welcoming and extremely pleasant and personable. Professionally she was very informative about the properties and area and what type of person may be attracted to them. She listened to my questions and answered with great advice. I was also contacted by James Haddow via phone and email. He was friendly, patient and very helpful with sound advice. His return mails were prompt, clear and informative, a pleasure to deal with.

James the third at this branch has really turned this place around! Our process lasted 18 months so we have seen the service at this branch grow from terrible to impressive. James made it his personal mission to help us get our purchase over the line when at times we thought it would never happen. He dealt very sensitively with the elderly gentleman we were buying off of to ensure he was looked after during the lengthy process and help him make the right move for him. We cannot praise James, Jake and the team highly enough. Thankyou so much for helping us get our forever home! We'd happily deal with Connells Horsham again now and I wouldn't have said that a year ago! This firm is now on the up and up! :)

We used Connells to buy our property near Horsham in a process that started in 2018. Our experience at first was not the best, however since James stepped in to manage the branch we had an amazingly professional response.
During the course of our purchase we had buyers pull out, chains collapse, sellers changing minds and a pandemic... Yet James and Connells stuck by us, were patient, understanding and above all they really put a shift in to make things happen.
It really was not an easy set of circumstances but James was always at the end of telephone call and I don't think we'd be in the house of our dreams without the him and his team.
Thoroughly reccomend them.

I used Connells to sell my late sisters property and this was such a sad situation to be in. Connells were amazing. They provided a first class, quick and efficient service and never ever did I feel the sensitivity of the situation was lost. James (the Manager) was a wealth of knowledge and Jack who dealt with me in the initial stages was able to help me through a very difficult initial period with such maturity and empathy. Really would recommend using Connells.

Pressure to sign a contract without giving you time to read through it and then make a decision at a future date. Taking advantage of the fact that I am unwell. So desperate to make money as the market is so slow with Brexit round the corner that they will try anything. With no consideration for any one else and not listening at all. Would not use James to sell my house if he was the last estate agent in Sussex Rather do it my self. If he calls me again I will put a restraining order out on him.

Do not use Connells Horsham for lettings - utterly appalling service. Tenants pay on time but Connells ALWAYS pay me late and my rent is always £100s short! Avoid like the plague. No one calls you back they are ‘busy’ use any other estate agents.

After unsuccessfully trying to sell our property we decided to offer it for rent. Adam and Naomi in the lettings team couldn't have been more professional and efficient in not only finding us a tenant, but having all checks, forms etc. completed within 5 days allowing the tenant to move in the same week.
If you're looking to rent, or have a property to let, then we can't recommend the Connells' team enough.

Worst estate agents ever they kept us waiting for weeks for a decision on a property they had no intention of ever selling to us! We offered over the asking price and have since learned that they already had someone lined up for it and accepted 12k less that we offered I doubt if the sellers knew this!! disgraceful behavior!!

Connells Surveyors do not have a clue about certain areas outside of where they normal work, why are they given the responsibility of something so important, that they are just guessing at? The valuation on our property was a complete joke, nearly £200k below the actual market price confirmed by the professional local agents that actually know our area. The unprofessional surveyor cost us nearly £5k over two years, as we then had to accept a different mortgage offer with a higher percentage as we went 2.5% over the 60% LTV. Its so low, it feels dishonest, simply so the Building society can charge more, I would never use Connells.
