Absolutely disgraceful. The flat I am renting through them does not even meet legal standards. No control of heating and electricity as boiler and meter are in flat on ground floor. Took over a month to get a leaky tap fixed. Plumbing is a joke which leaks and floods flat below. If I could give no stars I would. Avoid these cowboys like the plague.... Read more

We received poor customer service from this estate agent. Having viewed flats in the area with a handful of local estate agents, we were expecting a professional and friendly service, which we did not receive. Our first phone call to query a property was met with a stand-offish response to a question regarding whether it was possible to view a property that day as we did not live locally and wanted to make the most of the visit to Maidenhead. Rather than being understanding and helpful, the woman on the phone was condescending. After having arranged a viewing at a property, we called the office as no-one had turned up, and we weren't even sent any information as to who we were meeting and where. We were then told (on the phone, as we stood on the site of the property we had gone to view) that the property had been put on hold, and we had not been notified, rather left to figure it out for ourselves. A professional service would have notified us prior to the viewing time. We were told that we had been "emailed" but no email had been received, and again, when we complained about the lack of professionalism involved here, we were again met with a stand-offish attitude and a weak apology. Absolutely poor standards, we would not recommend to anyone.... Read more
