Have to be one of the poorest estate agents Ive ever used. Not only do they never ring me back to let me know if I can go and see a property but I also speak to soem very rude sales men in there that have no idea about customer service at all. I expect at least an apology when noone gets back to me after a week and a half! Maybe If I was asking to view the £1,000,000 properties they may want to speak with me!

Called them with a sales inquiry, lady on the other end didn't even offer to register my interest when I asked whether I was on their database, let out a bit sigh instead when I started explaining my situation.

Firstly, I would of liked to rate a half star but google would not let me. Absolutely disgraceful, as a first time renter my partner and I have been saving up for months now. We paid our deposit in time, despite them knowing our full criteria they said everything would be alright. They led us on to then fail one of our references, keeping the full amount of our deposit.
When we contacted our work places, their referencing company hadn't even rang them to check or verify anything!
The home we were planning on renting was titled "Perfect Starter Home".. They then proceeded to ask for a guarantor, their guarantor demands are outrageous, they want a UK home owner, if they rent they have to earn 30x our rent and 30x my guarantors rent this equals to over £85.000. THIS DOES NOT HELP ANY FIRST TIME RENTER AT ALL, the lady on the phone was rude and did not care at all that they were keeping our HARD EARNED deposit money.

Only had 3 days to move in to a property or I was in a bit of bother (To put it mildly) and Tristan fastracked the whole procedure so I was able to move in perfectly on time from leaving my expiring tenancy. If he didn't work his magic id still have my missus tearing my head off about it! Much appreciated and great to deal with
For over twelve months we've been regularly receiving mail from Prospect inviting us to sell our property through them, or asking us to respond to a specific query one of their negotiators has about our property, despite never even asking them for a valuation in the first place. Their marketing tactics are questionable and their staff tick every box on the stereotypical estate agent checklist. I'm sure their tactics are effective if you choose to list your property with them, but you shouldn't have to be subject to continual badgering when you don't
Profeasional, Trustworthy and efficient - having dealt with numerous other agents based in RBWM i can say David Redman and Dean Smith are a class apart. They are experts in the Maidenhead (+5miles) market and know the area incredibly well. I found them to be a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Very slow to reply and was difficult to arrange a viewing. Not great communication buy got there in the end and viewed a couple of properties. Better than others agents in the area.

After finding a buyer very quickly and getting a good price for my house, the service unfortunately deteriorated and I was left disappointed. Messages weren't passed on, there was a spelling mistake on the floorplan that was never corrected, and the contact with the sales progression team was very impersonal and kinda pointless. James and Ceri's good service in the branch was let down by the staff around them.
