28th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.
21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this letting agency. For over two weeks, they kept asking us for different documents and references, with new requirements appearing each time we thought everything had been completed. The process felt disorganised, unclear, and unnecessarily stressful. After all of that, they suddenly increased the deposit at the last minute, which had not been communicated from the beginning. What made the situation even worse was the comment that, because we have savings, we should be able to afford a much higher deposit. We found this assumption highly inappropriate and unprofessional. A tenant’s personal finances should not be used in this way, especially after such a long and inconsistent process. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and judgmental attitude made this a very negative experience. We would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all terms are clearly agreed in writing from the outset.

The whole experience was always dealt with in a professional manner, whether it be with Harry, Mark or Neil. At the very end of the process Philippa went the extra mile to get the sale completed. They are currently assisting us with the sale of our home and the experience has been splendid throughout. Their communication is great, they are very keen on assisting you always, their feedback process is very prompt and you're not left waiting for days on end to know more. Special thanks to Emma, Kuldip and Anthony who are quick to respond always and striving to assist to the best they can!

No question was too much as I had many with the new Laws coming in. She was always calm in her approach and always returned my calls. I also had a last min glitch and Swati was on the case straightaway and got it sorted quickly. They are rigorous in the checks and making sure everything is in place. Thank you very much and also wanted to say thank you Maryam who supported me through the process and paperwork. 2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

Lucinda has been fantastic in managing the property—she’s always quick to respond, helpful with any queries or repairs, and makes everything feel straightforward and well taken care of. Rosemary was also brilliant when we first rented the flat. She made the whole process smooth and efficient, and everything was sorted much quicker than we expected, which really helped take the stress out of moving. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Emily the sales progressor kept us in the loop and always answered our questions asap. The WhatsApp group was easy to communicate and as a busy working mum, I was able to access all the messages when I could. I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend :)

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
