We chose to sell my parents house through Chancellors. The initial suggestion of value made a very positive prospect. Sadly the red tape delays resulted in this price being reduced which was avoidable. Emma Branwell came in once we registered our disappointment and to be fair the change was palpable. Resulting in the house selling.

We’ve had a really great experience with Chancellors - we met with Portia Hester and worked with Emma Benwell who were both amazing - Emma followed up with constant and clear communication throughout, really friendly and answered all the questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. She always checked in and made sure everything was on track. They went out of their way to find the right buyer and it has been so appreciated- can’t recommend enough.
