As tenants we had a negative experience with Watermans and the landlady. When we moved in, there was a bin full of dog poo in the garden. All the agent did was say sorry. A few of the issues spanning over three years were: issues with the hot water and heating ( entire system was old so kept breaking down), an old fridge and washing machine from the 1980s ( we bought our our own in the end) , a broken greenhouse, delapidated shed in the back garden.... Joint sale with another estate agent only had two viewings and they never came to look at the house before they showed people the property so had no clue iof what the property was like inside ,showed the buyers around the house myself.... Read more
