I've got to say what a pleasant experience it was buying a house from Buckley Brown, debbie straw was the young lady I was dealing with I must say what a Sterling effort she put in making sure I was kept up to date , answering any queries I had , putting my mind at rest that everything was running smoothly,chasing up solicitors and leaving no stone unturned

Estate agent did not seem to be proactive in attempting to secure a sale. Did not follow up with potential buyers to negotiate or encourage an offer. Unrealistic valuation, far too high for the area that the property was situated in. Poor communication, all through email unless we rang and asked to speak to the sales negotiator

Communication was excellent, constant updates, the hole team have been fantastic.
Highly recommend them, yes there are cheaper options out there but they were very professional from first contact.

Buckley brown have remained professional and pro active throughout the rental and sale of my property. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, Nicola has worked tirelessly on getting the property marketed for us, she is always positive and focussed on the job in hand. Our experience from start to finish has been a disaster. from over valuing our property, to 3 times letting us down for photos videos without informing us. Giving us excuses with regards to brochures, I went in to ask for one and all they gave me was photocopies of the photos, no EPC, room no measurements no descriptions. No viewing no interest at all.Very little update, in fact Getagent gave us more feedback. We have ended our contract after 27 weeks and now are instructing another agent.

Not sold with this agent, on the market from July to end of January 2 viewings only. Don’t blame the agent housing market stagnant.

From the very start Buckley brown were brilliant I’d never sold a property before and I found them so helpful. I had a call from Callum every week with an update and also the following day after a viewing. He was a really nice person to talk to on the phone. I am now dealing with a lady called Maddie as she is dealing with the next part of the sale, she has also been checking in each week. Keep up the good work I say.

Buckley Brown have been extremely helpful in selling our home in 8 weeks.
