Worst worst worst service I have come across , They are sales and letting agents but no patience and manners at all twice hang up the call . Not trained at all to give better customer service very very rude .

In the middle of selling my house with Newton Fallowell who I chose because of their efficiency and work ethic when I bought the house from them 5 years ago. Jordan and the team can’t do enough for you, sold within 2 weeks and a personal touch to add. Jordan has a wealth of knowledge and advice and her team work effectively, scheduling viewings, arranging solicitors and answering my many MANY questions. I would highly recommend.

I’ve used Newton Fallowell more than once & each time they have been amazing. The staff are very friendly with a wealth of local knowledge and really go out of their way to ensure your property gets sold. I can & do recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell. When looking to sell don’t bother with anyone else ????

Having rented a property in Mansfield for the past 2 years with this company i can truly say its been a positive experience and i would would gladly use their services again in the future. I have had no issues with communications and the team have always responded quickly, whilst being friendly and remaining professional. I had little to no issues at the property i was renting however if anything did arise they were quick to respond to resolve any issues. I would recommend this branch to anyone renting in the Mansfield area.

Just a heads up to check sinks, toilets, built in appliances. The state of the toilets - seats yellow and encrusted with urine calcium, brown sludge in the pan. That's 3 separate toilets btw. The sinks, blocked and don't drain. The built in appliances absolutely revolting. Grease, mould and a harvest festival in the dishwasher. Black sludge in the washing machine. The fridge and freezer could have provided a meal for 2, they were that grotty. Don't pay asking price, until you know you aren't going to be majorly out of pocket - a day after getting the keys. Irony being the house hadn't been stood empty, people actually left it this way. Timescales and communication are also a thing. But I'll let someone else go there. Photos on request ????
Definitely the right branch. I'm the mug who helped clean the house ???????????? but thanks! If the seller is a personal friend (as there are 3 reviews from her) then I don't expect a reasonable response. The actual buyer is still waiting for a courtesy call from Jordan!!!!

First time using Newton Fallowell Estate Agents to buy a property. I was really impressed by the level of professionalism, competence and efficiency provided by the team. Both Abbie Guy and Emma Witham really looked after me throughout the whole process and couldn't do enough to help. They were on it every step of the way, both extremely efficient and very good at their job. I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell based of the level of service I have received.

Honestly the best Estate Agents there is. They was behind us every step of the way, providing outstanding service and advice at the drop of a hat and they really do go above and beyond for you. We have a very long and challenging purchase and sale but at every twist and turn Emma, Jordan, Abi and Laura are there to guide us through. They know the market better than all the other Estate agents in the area and know exactly how to market your property to get the right people interested. The level of service you receive from all the team far surpasses what you expect. Professional and experienced advice constantly provided through each step of your purchase and sale of your properties. They also add the friendly human element to the process. Sometimes it was like coming off the phone to a close family member or long time friend. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. We have already recommended them to friends who are looking to move.
