They are a very friendly,helpful team,however at times their communication was poor .I was going to remove my home off the market as it had been on for several weeks.Another agent valued it as a bit higher it in the end Hegartys did sell it for me.

The staff who came to see the property initially were very efficient and friendly. The photographs including the ‘walk around’ ones were well done, although we requested a couple of changes. The changes were made quickly and entirely to our satisfaction. They contacted us regularly with updates until we accepted an offer at which point they answered questions from both sides (outwith the legal stuff which was being handled by our solicitor). And they phoned to say congratulations and thank you when we completed the sale. They could not have been more helpful! A solid 10/10. ????

They need to be more honest about the properties they are selling and also to mention when properties have serious issues as we found out whilst trying to buy a property gave them a second chance and put another Ofer in on a different property which turned out to have serious problems . The most alarming things was even though they new that both of these properties had problems they were back on the market straight away , causing the next person to be A disappointed and b time and money , which should not be allowed to happen . Very unprofessional and lack of care !!!!

I was impressed with the updates I had and the choices I was given. Because the property had a number of enquiries an open house was organised which I thought was an excellent idea.

We have found Castledene Estate Agents to be extremely helpful with any queries we had regarding purchasing a new property.
