We needed to get the house on the market as quickly as possible and branch manager Melanie Fairness made time to meet us and agree a valuation and a marketing strategy.
She took excellent pictures and quickly produced details, which she forwarded to us for approval, and once the house was online Melanie kept us fully informed of viewings and the reaction of the potential buyers, positive and negative.
Within a month we had several offers and accepted one of them for close to the asking price.
Altogether Red Hot Property provided a professional service and made selling the property a simple and stress-free process.

The initial meeting established the knowledge of the area & who to target within the market. All visits were explained including those not interested with reasons provided.
When the first offer was rejected the branch made further contact with potential purchaser & explained they were missing out on good value for money. The second offer was agreeable to all parties. Weekly updates were provided & positions made clear via direct telephone calls. Questions were answered promptly & professionally.

On the market 6 days after valuation and sold 4 days later.
Mel was friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic.
Between her and Trudie I have been kept informed and updated frequently. To be honest they have held my hand during the whole process.
I would genuinely recommend using them if are selling a
property . They know their business.
