We had our property on the market for almost 3 months and only had one viewing in that time, despite dropping the price. We had to contact the agent on several occasions for updates and were not able to check the status of interest in the property ourselves on line. They were however always polite and did usually ring back when we requested but I feel they could have been a lot more pro-active and kept us updated a lot better.

Initially they spent a lot of time updating us with feed back from viewers and we secured a buyer within 10 days. However the sale fell through and the estate agent have now put the house back on the market.
We have not had any communication since then and I did ask for a monthly report to be sent to show activity around our house today’s I have not received this.
