At first I thought my property would be managed by cavendish, after paying all the fees Cavendish required I was then told it would be managed by the landlady herself . Inventory images covered up by furniture, peeling plaster, no gas checks, and yet I've been expected to pay near to £800 PM. To start we agreed on a deduction of £200 with a additional charge of £140 for a skip. As the weeks went but the landlady must have changed her mind and decided she wants to take the whole amount. Really dont know what to do, been staying cheap hotels as I have no family or friends in the area and I need to study so I have no choice. To anyone that's considering to rent from cavendish I wouldn't recommend it as they are near enough 100% on the landlords side and you will most defonatley not be seeing your depsit again for no fault of your own. I have tried to complain using other channels but I've had no luck, once you pay them their cut of the deal safe to say you've been robbed blind.... Read more
