Had to originally enquire 3 times to get a viewing (Rightmove, then email, then had to call as no response). Had an initial viewing on a property - no follow up or any type of communication followed. Asked to arrange second viewing.I Followed up with questions on email. No response after 2 weeks, so chased - no response again. Very difficult to do business with; I’ve given up.... Read more

I have dealt with many Estate Agents but Jones Peckover has proven to be the best I have dealt with. The communication was outstanding, was always kept up to date by either phone or email. There have been some staff changes over the last couple of years in Denbigh, but I do have to say the Abergele Manger was outstanding, friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. Absolutely shocking. ( Abergele ) Put offer in on house, heard nothing back, rang them after 5 weeks for them to say my offer was only one received, found out 3 weeks later from a local taxi driver that house had been sold to someone else and they don’t know why I wasn’t informed, so because of this I’ve lost out on the property and many more as I stopped looking.
