I have dealt with many Estate Agents but Jones Peckover has proven to be the best I have dealt with. The communication was outstanding, was always kept up to date by either phone or email. There have been some staff changes over the last couple of years in Denbigh, but I do have to say the Abergele Manger was outstanding, friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend Jones peckover after the service I received.

Rude, unhelpful disinterested lazy staff!
Estate agents generally have a poor reputation, but the Denbigh office for this crowd are really scraping the bottom of the barrel for estate agents and I’ve bought and sold many houses

Told will be called back after making an offer (wasn’t a silly one either), but after one week had to ring again to chase up. This happened 3 times! Terrible communication. Going to contact the owners direct

Absolutely shocking. ( Abergele )
Put offer in on house, heard nothing back, rang them after 5 weeks for them to say my offer was only one received, found out 3 weeks later from a local taxi driver that house had been sold to someone else and they don’t know why I wasn’t informed, so because of this I’ve lost out on the property and many more as I stopped looking. Mad isn’t the word !!!!!!

We have been looking at rental property with high street agents and the service on the whole has been awful.
Jones Peckover stand out as the best by a mile, friendly knowledgeable staff who responded to queries promptly.

What a shambles of a company they advertise there open Saturdays but no one ever there when u try and get I contact with certain people in there Charlotte they say they are out of the office got passed from pillar to post would defo stay clear of this company bunch of tossers
