Very happy with LL Estates from initial meeting to value the property and all subsequent dealings. Very professional, did exactly what they promised and communicated throughout the process. Their marketing strategy sounded great and was executed as stated resulting in an offer from the first day of viewings. We had quotes from 3 agents in the area and although LL Estates fees were the highest I consider it money well spent.... Read more
