STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! It is the worst real estate agence that I've ever seen in my entire life. I do NOT recommend it to anyone , actually stay as far as you can from those people. They are liars, they only call you when they need something from you but when you have no wifi and no water (that's what happened for me and my roommate) they don't answer or they say that they can't do anything about it; they lied to our faces saying that they won't be any constructions on Saturday near our place (Marylebone) and as you can understand they were, but the real estate agent managed to show us the place on a Saturday with no construction. Plus, at the end of the tenancy we had some issues with them on our deposit: they tried to steal from us by charging us a cleaning at £150 saying that the person who cleaned stayed 10 hours in the apartment (a 2 bedroom) for £15/h with no invoice (I had to ask for it and I can send you the invoice it's a joke)... I have a lot to say on this agency if you want some informations please feel free to contact me I will be happy to show you the emails so that you will see with your own eyes what kind of agency it is.... I had to deal with this agency in the past. They are simply crooks. They basically did everything to not reimburse me my deposit ... telling me that the flat needed some works some paintings etc... they took more than 2000 gbp from our deposit ... i visited the renters after me and they havent done any works and no painting at all... on top of it when the agency need something they breath behind your neck 24/7 and calling non stop but we needed something and tried to call them or get in touch they never ever picked up the phone or answered email I do not recommend this agency at all ......
