My partner and I moved into a flat let and managed by York Estates yesterday , and today we noticed the oven wasn’t working. We email them at 10am and they sent someone to have a look around midday. By 5pm we have a new oven! Having lived in 5 different countries I have never seen a property management with this level of service and efficiency! We are very impressed and grateful, and now we have an oven for our Christmas dinner ?? Thank you Zena and team!
