The team at Charles Banks were absolutely brilliant. The property we saw was the only the second we looked at and they were incredibly patient as we sold our own property. Throughout the process they kept us informed of any changes, and provided advice and guidance when we asked. Most importantly, they were always happy to let us re-view the property when we needed to. Cannot recommend them enough!

I can not thank Cathy Cooper enough for all her help in letting my property over the past few years – Cathy is very thorough and patient. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the rental market in Barnes.
She always ‘thinks outside of the box’ and comes up with solutions to various issues when managing my property so that I do not have to worry. My Tenants also report that they have complete confidence in Cathy’s abilities to manage my property. Quite simply, Cathy offers a fantastic personal service and I can not recommend her and Charles Banks highly enough.

I'm a tenant who has had a relationship with Charles Banks for five years. In that time, they've been everything I'd hope for from a good independent agent - personal, accommodating and efficient. They've been incredibly fair with me over time. Supporting independents over large chains feels even better when they work like Charles Banks.

Expert and enthusiastic, Cathy just loves the vicarious pleasure of looking after customers. A visit is always a pleasure.

My cleaning company Clean Link has been working closely with Cathy Cooper Lettings Manager at Charles Banks for a few months now. As a Contractor, I am very impressed with the service Cathy provides for her Landlords and Tenants. Cathy goes out of her way to ensure that all parties are kept informed when it comes to the process at check in and check out and goes above and beyond for her Landlords if there are any issues. I am extremely grateful that she recommends us for all her cleaning requirements and we very much enjoy working with Charles Banks.

We would highly recommend Charles Banks. Justin and Grainne have an extensive knowledge of the local area and were always on hand to help and offer advice. This is why I would always chose a local firm with extensive knowledge of the area and with a personal touch over any of the high street, off-the-shelf estate agents
