I rented a small one bedroom flat through Winkworth in Barnes. When I moved out I gave it a good clean, but didn't have it professionally cleaned. Big mistake - they charged me: Sofa and carpets cleaning fee £110 Flat cleaning fee £120 Plus VAT £276 Check out £110 Total £386 It took me over a month to get the deposit back while they blamed the landlord for the high prices, and the landlord blamed Winkworth....
