Sam and the team at Village Properties are amazing. I can not recommend them highly enough for both rental and sales.
They have just sold our property and the attention to detail was exceptional. The photography, marketing and bringing the right people to view ensured the property sold very quickly.
Most importantly they care about their clients, understanding the importance of building relationships and helping to overcome any problem encountered through the process.

Village Properties have managed my portfolio of rental properties for well over a decade. I appreciate their professionalism, knowledge, resourcefulness, and unfailing good humour.
Recently, Sam has also helped me to sell two houses. Her knowledge of the sales market is as thorough as that of the rental market. Her initial research was thorough and detailed, and formed the basis of sales strategies that were both considered and adaptable.
The latest sale took place at the height of the pandemic which raised a number of peculiar challenges. I never had any qualms about Sam showing the house to prospective buyers, knowing that she would apply the same level of care and attention to the extra precautions as she does to everything else.
The process took five frustrating months, and would probably have taken even longer had it not been for Sam’s persistence and commitment. It’s her ability and willingness to treat clients as individuals and to do her cheerful utmost to help them achieve their objectives that sets Village Properties apart from the larger chains of estate agents.

I loved working with Sam, I have been out looking for properties for some time and she was just amazing to work with. Very professional, not pushy and knew her market and clients. I felt comfortable knowing she had our interests at heart and would take care of us. We moved over the Christmas period and even when she was self isolating herself we could always get hold of her by email if we had any questions. Sam is the most personable agent you'll find (and probably the most personable human you'll work with even outside the industry!). She was kind and reassuring and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Sam was also highly professional and hardworking, my partner and I were always amazed at her responsiveness.
