We were immediately impressed with Phil’s energy, passion for his work and professional conduct - moving forward with Marsh and Parsons we trusted that they would find the best possible buyers for us. They did not let us down. Our sale turned into a lengthy one, through no fault of theirs. Phil and Tadas in the Barnes office steered us through some difficult waters, adjusting sails elegantly when needed and at times going far beyond the call of duty to get our transaction over the line (apologies for the mixed metaphors!) The team here are incredible, Camilla went way beyond and really put her neck on the line to get our purchase completed. Absolutely nothing was too much to ask and she responded instantly, even on her days off. Camilla chased solicitors and freeholders alike and kept us informed at all times.
