Got my deposit back nearly 3 months after I moved out of the property. They only returned about £100 out of £3.4k and charged an extra fee for cleaning even though the flat had been cleaned and vacated exactly 1 day before the contract ended... Apart from being a complete rip off and finding any way to steal your deposit, some of their agents, like Nevila, are incredibly rude and condescending on the phone, and will basically tell you it's not their problem anymore once they manage to get as much money out of you as possible. I would give this place 0 stars if I could for their appalling customer service and treating their customers like cash cows, with no ethics or effort. They will also claim anything to make it seem like it is not their fault or problem when in reality they will just not bother to help you once they have your money. My advice is steer clear if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble and money and go to a different estate agent who actually values their customers. Very rude and unprofessional.... Read more

Was been told by the previous agent Marsh & Parsons that the flat I was going to move into in 7 days had an illegal occupier who refused to move out during lockdown, so I had to search for another flat ASAP and luckily I found an amazing flat from Chase Apartment. They are very quick responsive and easy to reach, within 2 days I received a video, did a viewing, made an offer and finalized all the paper works with the help from them.
