VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT YOU!
I spoke with the lettings negotiator Sara Cane via email regarding a property that THEY SENT TO ME via email. Her response was so unprofessional and rude that it made me do this review. I'm impressed with how they are still in business!

Avoid.
Completely unprofessional. Was told I would be sent a video to view a property. Video never sent. Could have made an offer based on video. Made complaint. Man calls saying “I am the owner of the business - we do not accept offers on the basis of a video as we’ve been burnt to many times” - clearly devoid of any understanding of the law and that it is UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES his place to reject offers on behalf of a vendor. Tone was completely unprofessional and unapologetic.
Do yourself a favour - AVOID.
SUCCESSFULLY ADDING TO THE ALREADY BAD REPUTATION OF UNEDUCATED AND UNPROFESSIONAL “Agents”.

Probably the worst estate agency there is, not only is the manager rude (believe she is some sort of manager)(dark hair, young and arrogant) she is also clueless on what is needed to make a company better. The customer service is the worst ive ever experienced. Everyone stay away!

Best experience so far with renting in London. Spent about 2.5 years and throughout our entire tenancy, Ricky and his team (who managed the flat) were always there to help, very quick and kind. The start and end of tenancy were also very smoothly conducted. Strongly recommend!

Liars!! The most utterly liars! They told me that they had an investor buyer for a flat in my building only to get me to sign a 3 months sole agent contract. In 3 months, they did not get me any viewings at all. Another agency got me 7 viewings in less than 2 weeks. Stones Residential stole a picture from another estate agent website to put on my flat's profile. They also inflated too much my flat square footage, which obviously would cause a problem when a potential buyer would measure my flat. Worse that ever: they had the guts to put at their horrible Stones' website "SOLD" at my property after I told them to stop all the publicity, which is exactly the same lie they done for the another flat at my build, which was also NOT sold at all, but they put "sold" at online profile. They are the worst liars in the market. Avoid like COVID!!!

Stones residential management @ Stanmore are the worst I've ever experienced! Unbelievably rude spoke over me and argued with me Couldn't believe my ears. Basic arranging a viewing was impossible. Had to speak to 6 different people leaving messages & mobile no to no avail. The lady went silent when I asked if I could speak and stayed quiet for a minute then said I was just letting u speak. Worst letting agent ever to deal with. There’s loads of competition in the market guts, take your business elsewhere. Steer clear they have lost our money now!!

We had a viewing, put the offer in & it was accepted by the landlord. As required we paid the 1w holding deposit (so the property will be taken off the market). And next day the real estate agent calls me to tell me that they received another offer.... Lack of professionalism! wasting people's time! I do not recommend!

I've had nothing but support and quick responses from Stones. They took over the management of the properties owned by my landlord midway through my tenancy, owing to the previous agency going bust, and they made the transition seamless. I was kept informed of the changes, and it was easy to keep on top of bills (which were issued reliably each quarter, unlike those from the previous agency, which were haphazard at best). I've now ended my tenancy at the property, and there was no issue with me delivering my 30 days' notice to leave the property. The deposit was issued back to me two days after the end of the tenancy agreement, and communication remained swift and reliable throughout. I'd have no issues going back to a property managed by Stones Residential in the future.

Please stay away from this estate agents. They are very unprofessional. Booked an appointment to view a property. Waited for ages just to be told there was no access. Landlord was not available. Agent did not have keys. Terrible service! Wasted my whole day. Took the day off work for nothing. Worst estate agents in London, by miles.

2 times wery bad experience. Forts time was wieving and after 3 weeks wait lanlord answer.. And agency don't answer.. Just 3 weeks told me need wait what lanlord answer. And if you have children or some of part benefits don't talk with you.. Only finish call straightaway. Big discrimination.

This is the worst and most unprofessional agency I have ever had to deal with. They brought along tenants that damaged the property, did not do any checks to the property and we ended up losing a lot of money as they had not kept the correct contact information from those who were renting the property. Their charges are very high and their service is slow and unprofessional. On top of that, for works that had to be done, they stole money from us by overcharging (e.g. 100 gbp to take out trash). I would recommend everyone to avoid them as much as possible

She made us walk up to the property and then she said we cannot access as the landlord provided the wrong keys. We would have deserved a call, "hey guys, dont waste your day and walk a lot".. all this happened a day after she rescheduled our viewing appointment close to the agreed time.. so I have wasted two days because of their unprofessional attitude.
At least she could drop us to the station with her car... lol

Ricky Stone of Stone Residential very kindly gave me advise when he was not getting any financial gain to do so over 4 years ago.
He has been exceptionally good in helping me invest in a variety of properties for my portfolio over the past 2 years. He really listened to my needs and found me appropriate properties. He has always kept his word and been reliable...not my usual experience with other estate agents.
I also feel his management services have been efficient so I have not needed to worry about the management of my properties.

Happy, helpful and professional agents! Unlike many other agents we dealt with in London, Stones were the most responsive and great intermediates between ourselves and our landlords. We felt as though we were a massive pain in the bum with all our requests and hurdles but we were never made to feel as if it was too much for them. Even after the deal went through they have been in touch, showing their interest in their clientele and care for their portfolio of properties. I would highly recommend this agency to any landlords or tennants looking for a home in London.

I wanted to leave an honest review about Stones Residential from an ex staff members viewpoint as you rarely see this on online review forums. I worked for Ricky Stone for just under 4 years and I can not speak highly enough about Ricky and his ethos as to how an estate agency should be run. I met many different estate agents over the course of being one and I still have not met another person in the business who offers as good a service to clients as he does or who will work harder or be more effective in getting the job done than Ricky would. His passion for the business is second to none and there seemed to be nothing he would not do to make his clients happy, whether it was speaking to them at 11 at night or replying to emails at 6 in the morning he was there just getting the job done with a smile on his face. As a boss he was great, lots of fun and really made you feel like you were part of something special. I can whole heartedly say that there is not a better person in the industry that you could deal with if you are looking to find a home to rent or to buy or if you have a home to sell or to rent.

From the second I walked in the door Ricky Stone made me feel at ease .
Finding the right rental property in London is no easy ride but Ricky firstly was amazing , I wasn't aware at first he owned the company as he sat me down and went through all my options not only in a professional way but treated me like a human being , and after dealing with a lot of different agents its actually a rare quality .
Not only was Ricky super efficient getting our deal done as quickly as possible but friendly and always available to talk to, the whole team from the lovely girl Miriam as you walk in to the guy that showed me around different property's . All in all a great experience , my next move to buy I will be contacting Ricky and the guys for sure.
