Just completed on our property sale. Its been a long haul due to a tenant falling on bad times and having to be evicted from the property which set us back 6 months and lost us the original sale on the property. Jason at Christopher Rose was with us all the way giving great advice and understanding through the whole process and keeping in contact with ourselves and the management company so we all knew where we were at. In frustration we looked at some property buying companies who gave us a really low offer which we considered having just gone through 8 months of no rental payments and solicitor costs plus having to pay the mortgage and council tax. Jason convinced us that Christopher Rose could get it sold for a much better price and to give them a few more weeks now that the property is vacant. We were really surprised when offers started coming in and we eventually agreed a sale at a price that was much more than we were expecting. Very grateful for the support and understanding of Jason and Chris through this painful process and trusting in their years of experience and knowledge has paid dividends for us. Good Job!... We moved into our new home two weeks ago :-). From day one at the initial viewing Jason provided us with honest, straightforward advice and information, and this continued throughout the buying process. Jason was always quick to return calls and he was very proactive in managing the process with our solicitors. Jason & Chris are not your 'typical' estate agents, they were a great find and gave us practical advice on surveyors, solicitors and even a gardener. 5 stars isn't enough. Jason deserves 10... no, 100 or can I give a million? Jason is very knowledgable and well-networked. From day one, when we put our Milton Keynes flat on the market, he had people coming round to look at it. He kept me up to date on all the viewings and advised against accepting offers that he thought were unreasonably low. Within a couple of weeks we'd had an offer at a good price. Hopefully your conveyancing process will go more smoothly than mine, but if you hit problems, you need a Jason at your side. In our case, everything moved at a snail's pace. Solicitors on both sides had changes in personnel, and staff shortages were a major problem. But Jason kept right on top of the enquiries, contacting everyone regularly to move things along and telling me and my buyer how to advance the process as well. My buyer was close to losing her mortgage offer, but because of Jason's great communication skills, the sale happened. He was absolutely brilliant and I'm very grateful. So here's my advice. If you need to sell your property, get yourself a Jason. He's experienced, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. I can't thank him enough.... Read more

From start to finish all the guys at Christopher rose were first class. From the first viewing they were well informed, knowledgeable and friendly. Communication and openness throughout the buying process was brilliant, always on hand to answer questions even going above and beyond to find time to have builders over before exchange to have quotes completed for future projects. We have had one of the longest most painfully drawn out sales ever! It's been a year from offer to exchange (yet to complete). Christopher Rose were the estate agents of my sellers so although we hadn't appointed them directly, they still provided us with a great service. Jason dealt with our sale, and he always answered my calls and kept me updated with what was happening. He kept in communication with my estate agents too, to try and get the sale moving. He persevered when I felt like giving up as the stress was too much for me, and we have finally got there! I would definitely recommend Christopher Rose as they do provide that personal touch....
