The worst estate agents/landlords i have ever rented off, property was given to me filthy and i was told their cleaner was sick. The garden was over grown and had rotting rubbish at the back. The maintenance is done by a guy khal who works there and is was done so poorly he left holes in the walls which i had to repair myself. And then of course at the end of the tenancy are trying to make me pay for a full professional clean despite giving it to me in that state (when i had a 3 year old child). They are very rude and have quite a bad reputation. Id stay well clear of these people

Very bad experience! totally unprofessional agency. After we viewed a property, we proceeded with the application forms and we told them we have informed our landlord from the flat we were staying that we would move out in a month. All the forms could not be filled and sent through their PDF so, we had to print and scan all of them and send them back. Because of the lockdown and the restrictions, this took us a week as we do not have a printer and a scanner at our home. When we were ready and we had sent the forms and we were waiting for their response with regard to when we could move in, they sent me an email saying that they received the holding deposit from another party and they could not proceed further with us. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

I am impressed from the amount of fake positive reviews given to this agency. Absolutely crazy. Let me tell you my experience with those chaps, 2.5 year renting a flat which I have maintained in spotless conditions. Some previous tenants damages which I have been told do not worry about it. In these 2.5 year the rent raised from £800 to £850 and ultimately to £895 with no upgrade or any sort of benefit for me. The owner kept the garage, the flat has no balcony when others do and the son of the owner was doing some dodgy dealings at the garage from time to time. Once the owner came at the door on Saturday at 9am with no previous warning. Long story short, when I moved out the agency asked me for paying the previous tenant damages and wanted a deep cleaning of the flat which was quite spotless. These ppl at the agency are false, don't trust them, ask for have everything in writing and most important: do not pay for damages you haven't done. Just find another agency trust me.

Absolutely disgusted by this company's attitude, one of their properties is causing damage to mine and they have told me its not their problem! The man shouted down the phone at me when I phoned to try and sort it. He told me that's why I have house insurance... I am appalled by their disgusting attitude.

Extremely negative experience with this agency. Be aware that as per many other agencies when you will check your property out they will find something to let you pay. In my case I have been charged for something that was clearly been damaged before my tenancy. I have raised this with both the agency staff and the landlord months before to leave and was all well and good up to the day I have left the flat when everything turned against myself. Also, be careful with your rent as it will increase after few months and the increase will just go straight into MK Property pockets. I have paid almost £2K deposit and other fees and when I left a quarter of that disappeared in cleaning fees, previous tenants’ damages and other robberies. Watch out and don’t believe a word of what they will tell you. Take photographs and do not accept rent increases. Very unreliable bunch chaps, slightly racist too.

Been with MK Properties a while and been so impressed with their service felt the need to add my review to the list of positive ones already on here. Time and time again they've gone out of their way for us and in this world where work life balance can sometimes be skewed the wrong way one thing that has always helped is the fact we've not once had to worry about our rented accommodation once since moving in. Credit to the guys where it's due. Thanks.
