Overall experience was great. Original valuation was quite over what I expected but the housing market near the end of 2023 was difficult to predict. Mo and Joe were both very supportive and had great communication in regards to the sale.

Overall I have been very satisfied with Alan Francis Estate Agents. They have kept me up to date and informed and have behaved in a professional manner. My only criticism is that their initial valuation of my home was somewhat optimistic.
