Before I signed up for a lease I was promised so much help with sorting out?
I signed the lease and paid deposit
Now I can't get anyone to call me back
I have no heating
the kitchen work tops wet and blown
kitchen cupboards moldy
fridge rusty?
Since I wrote this review a wonderful person called Lauren contacted me from Alan Francis.
She has dealt with almost every problem with the flat

Really am shocked at how unorganised your office is. 3 bookings we had. One we booked 7 days in advance. So common sense would be to contact the tenant in advance to make sure you had the keys. NOT THE MORNING OF THE VIEWING. and give us 3 hours warning you had cancelled the viewing. Id booked time off work. Then we book, again in advance, another property. Yet fail to tell us it had been agree'd 2 days prior. Did you not think to tell us? and the 3rd cancelled, because oh dear, you still cant get the keys.
I am happy to say we have gone with another company with outstanding customer service and have agree'd a property today.
