I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.

They were also very transparent when it came to making a competitive offer for the apartment which I greatly appreciated. I cannot be happier with the Estateology! As a landlord, I got two wonderful tenants, even though my final touches was not finished and I thought it was too early for viewing! They have been very efficient in dealing with all matters related and I could reach the team, especially Shahed and Abu, literally anytime of the day. OF course these are early days and in longer term which I am considering to be in connection, I will provide a more detailed review.

The whole experience with Estateology was fantastic from beginning to end. My moving process started off bad. I contacted endless estate agents to enquire about properties and was promised callbacks, nevertheless they never called. I was beginning to lose hope as time was ticking, then I found a lovely property marketed by Estateology. I was shown the property by Sam who was friendly, welcoming and not overbearing unlike other agents I had previously encountered. Shahed handled the rest of the process, he was excellent at communicating and very responsive. He gave regular updates, resolved any issues near enough instantly and was great to talk to on the phone. The entire process was quick and efficient, I was moved in within just one week. I was beginning to lose hope in estate agents and believing they all have conform to the negative stereotype. However, these guys completely changed my mind. I 100% recommend Estateology and would use them again!

I found my current flat through Easteology around two months ago, only a week before we wanted to move, however, and they made the process very easy considering the short time frame. Abu (our estate agent) provided us with his mobile number and was very patient with him as we called him at all hours of the day, even on the weekend, for a week of stressful paperwork, and made sure we understood our contract and everything we were signing. Would 100% recommend!

If you are going to sell your property please don’t go anywhere else than Estateology.
Wonderful service and lovely people at the Bethnal Green Office.
I was struggling to sell my property with other agents until I tried Estateology.
Sam had great positive energy and had great ideas for prospective buyers.
He dealt with all aspects of the sale continually liaising with both solicitors to get the sale completed before the stamp duty deadline.
Sam was contactable at all times throughout the sale and was able to give me constant updates.

Sam Samad is an exceptional estate agent and you’d have to go a long way to find his like. From the outset, we knew we had made the right choice as his warm, friendly and honest manner put us at our ease. We had also obtained quotes from some of the bigger agents but we chose Sam because of the fact that he would be dealing personally with all enquiries and visits.
In consequence, we enjoyed an incredible personal service in which we felt valued at all times and the buyers felt the same way.
Sam is very relaxed and cool but he worked really hard on our behalf and was enthusiastic at all stages of the process. He really rises to a challenge and has great liaison skills and dealt with our solicitor, us, the buyers and even the agent, surveyors and solicitors of our vendors, for which he was not charging us. In relation to our purchase he helped us navigate a complex informal tender in which we were up against 12 other bidders and there is little doubt that we wouldn’t have got our dream home without him.
Beyond a doubt, Sam is the best estate agent we have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for him, and in an extremely stressful Covid lockdown, with all its frustrations, he led all our team to success, surmounting all the barriers and achieving a great result for all parties.

The renting process was fast, smooth and plesant. However, they have failed to provide an inventory when we moved in. The one they have sent us was missing multiple rooms and was highly inacurate. When we have pointed this out they didn't even respond. Furthermore, they have put an erroneous claim on our deposit, without checking with us. Instead of a couple hours to clear it up if they've contacted us first, it took us much longer to resolve the issue.
For most of the year renting through them was frictionless, but the end left a sour taste.

Overall, a fairly good service. They respond quickly when they are involved and have interest in the situation.
The renting process is fair and smooth, I remember contacting them and being shown around the flat only a couple hours later. Agents were nice and cared to answered our questions fully.
This doesn’t change the fact that they failed to provide a proper inventory. The first draft they sent us was missing a bedroom and a bathroom. This, and lacking communication contributed to significant delays in getting our deposit back.

I had my property with an well known agent for over a year and they were not able to sell it or even get any offers in. I then approached easteology, Sam Samad showed me he’s professionalism and had confidence that he can sell my property with he’s technique. I was very pleased and convinced to let Sam Samad take on the property. To my surprise, an offer was in within 2 weeks and I excepted it as it was the price i was looking for. The best part was that it was an investor with cash purchase. We got completed within 5 weeks. Sam Samad was very honest from the start to finish and kept me updated regularly with phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend this agent.

Unprofessional and dishonest. They found a tenant, however, against my protests, didn't take a security deposit. The tenant didn't move in and I was left with a void period. As I wanted to let the flat ASAP, I re-marketed with them and was when Estateology's predatory nature really came out. They secured a new tenant and waited until just before completion as I was on holiday before insisting on new fees of 18%. When I complained that this was unscrupulous and unfair, especially given the cost they had caused me to incur, the official response from Sam, their MD, was "What other options do you have?", knowing I didn't want an on-going void period. I was only able to recoup £125 in costs, after I threatened action via the Property Ombudsman.
Thankfully, I had also marketed with King's Group, who also found a tenant but were up-front, professional and significantly cheaper than Estateology.

Lovely people to deal with, agents seem very clued up and friendly on dealing with everything. We have just moved in today and everything about the flat is perfect - the process up until now has been very smooth and simple, and Mebs & Abu have been very open and communicative. My only negative factor is the fees charged to us - these are very high compared to other estate agents around, however in this case it was worth it for the perfect flat. Overall a great experience, and we're happy with our flat.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Estateology and all their staff, especially Sam and Abu Kawser. They were very helpful with the purchase of my property and made the whole process streamlined and without stress. I couldn't recommend them enough.
Once I acquired the property they were able to secure Tenants well within my expectation and ensured I was not left with a void period. The property was let within 7 days and they took care of all the paperwork efficiently and carried out all the necessary checks on the Tenants to make sure we had professional Tenants who would look after my property. I have dealt with Sam for the last 12 years since he was working for a corporate establishment.
I was pleased for him when he independentaly started Estateology few years ago, he continues to deliver his services with honesty, integrity and intense hard work.
Very recently he rented out my property to a professional tenant within days, actually a month before the current tenant is due to move out ( also sourced by Sam and his team).
I highly recommend Estateology whether you are selling ,letting a residential or a commercial property.
