I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. I cannot be happier with the Estateology! As a landlord, I got two wonderful tenants, even though my final touches was not finished and I thought it was too early for viewing! They have been very efficient in dealing with all matters related and I could reach the team, especially Shahed and Abu, literally anytime of the day.
