Relocators are the worst lettings agents I've come across in 10 years of renting in London. Ali is rude, arrogant and unresponsive. They couldn't care less about tenants or their properties - do not rent with them. They made fraudulent claims to take £500 off our deposit at the end of the tenancy - thank god for the DPS service who gave us the full amount back. DPS exists so that agents like these can be put in their place. Zero stars.... Read more

Relocators are by far the best letting agent we have used! Kamran has been so helpful throughout. He was very happy to answer our questions when it came to the viewing and paperwork and took time out of his day to check in on us once we had moved in and even helped us with understanding the boiler! I had a very bad experience with this agency specifically With Ali. He was late to the viewing despite the office being a 30 second walk to the place and I had to call him and he didn’t give any apologies. He did not inform me it was going to be a group viewing. The property was advertised as a 4 bed however when I viewed it was said to be a 3 bed. I would email/ text him with questions yet I would receive no response then I would call the office and ask to speak to him and he would answer showing he was ignoring my calls. I ended up putting an offer in however he didn’t let me know the outcome and I had to keep calling . Overall very bad experience RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: if the property was advertised as a 3 bed why would Ali say at the viewing he apologies to the other people who wanted a 4 bed as he doesn’t not have the correct license for the property. This led to people leaving the viewing as it was badly advertised. In addition, Ali never called me to decline my offer ,never he didn’t provide me with a response despite me calling him so do not lie . You have many bad reviews about Ali which show my experience was not alone . He was very unprofessional and rude and most importantly he never got back to me with the outcome of my final offer so do not lie.... Read more

Having met a number of professionals at a recent event for landlords, Kamran stood out by a mile. I was actually very impressed with his whole approach. He appeared very experienced and answered every question I had comfortably which gave me confidence as I am a tough cookie! I manage my portfolio myself but have been considering using an agent for a while now. I was very hesitant as you hear all kinds of horror stories but after speaking with Kamran I have faith in agents again. I thought choosing an agent would be a difficult choice but Kamran has made that decision quite easy for me! His knowledge and the fact he is a landlord clearly shows he understands what requirements a landlord and tenant have. I discovered Relocators after walking past their office on Mile End Road. I dealt with Kamran who was very personable and had a relentless work ethic, traits you want when someone is selling your house! He had a pragmatic approach and he knew the area well. He had a clear plan on how I needed to market and what sort of buyer to expect. He calmly explained the whole process and gave me confidence in him. This is why you can't beat a traditional independent estate agent on the high street and a good one is worth their fee. I have been very disappointed by the service of this agency. After visiting a property I was highly interested in, the agent never called me back nor answered my messages knowing that I have tried to reach out. Very unprofessional!!! The least is informing the person taking the time to visit that it wont be possible to rent for x or y reason, but disappearing and ignoring the messages is rude. Not recommending this agency.... Agent was late, showed us a house that after contacting the council we were informed didn't have an HMO license. Waste of time. EDIT: downgrading to 1 star as Ali (the agent) just called and gave some angry spiel about how he wasn't late and some irrelevant info about how the LL didn't need a license for 2 people (when we were a group of 3). With my partner, we had recently recourse to the services of Relocators UK to rent an appartment as tenants. I experienced my fair share of flat renting over the last few years in different countries ( France, Belgium, China) and the process we went through with Relocators was by far the smoothest and most efficient. They managed to cope well with the current situation, still being able to provide quality prestations using appropriate tools, from the setting up of a visio visit to a fully automated a digitalized references checking process. We have been dealing with Ali during the whole process and we could not recommend him more as he showed a true sense of professionalism, a strong reactivity, was available to answer the questions we had along the way and always keen on finding solutions to accomodate us when necessary. We also wish to highlight that with Relocators UK, the relationship does not deteriorate in any way once the tenancy agreement is signed and we have been provided with continuous quality interactions ever since we moved in. Rented a flat for 5 years. I never missed my rent but when I gave my notice in Feb 2020 for 6 weeks, the Agent Ali became, rude and has used Racists terms " that is why I don't give house to Asians" although he himself is an Asian. Update to review below. After 9 months of hell with neighbours we contacted relocators as we were about to instruct our solicitors. We advised them that our home was ruined by marijuana smell and I was now in care of NHS for complex cough. Ali advised he could do nothing about tenants smoking cannibas in property and asked me to send footage of tenants smoking joints in their back garden. I felt best not to even attempt to argue with him about cannibas being illegal drug inside or outside as it would be wasting my energy. Instead I contacted police who attends property immediately. Tenants admitted they were using cannibas to police and said they would stop. On last two weeks alone tenants have been seen removing drugs from their van. Police notified. A female who does not live at property has been recorded on CCTV footage opening ground floor window to gain access to property because said tenants are too stoned to open door as she knocked for about twenty minutes. Doors are still slammed at 12 am and 4am every morning .. alarm clocks left on from 5am in morning with windows open and all Ali from relocators is do is deny telling one of the neighbors that he advised they would be out by end of August. We have been advised tenants are to leave by end of September. Honestly almost a year of living hell with two sets of relocators tenants. Whole review can be verified with police and council reports. I would advise landlords not to utilise this service. We live next to a property managed by Relocators. The quality of their tenants is awful. Both sets in two years reported to police and the council. The old set would have parties in the street in early hours of morning. The new set have a marijuana farm growing in the property. Have abused elderly residents in the street by punching their windows at night, and are now dealing with debt collectors from the previous tenants. All issues were raised with Ali who lied about being a manager of relocators when actually he is owner, he told us the owners were not around. He is also in denial and lies about visiting property to inspect. When challenged on this he became aggressive on call to point I had to hang up. We now have police visiting today due to smell of marijuana coming into our property. Awful estate agent and awful tenants, our poor landlord next door is now getting a court summons.... Read more

Beware : very unprofessional services. They will fill your property with very strange individuals. We have had one set referred to council and this set referred to police for crime. Ali does not wish to acknowledge any issues. We are raising issue with DBIS as a result. Update : Ali of course knows who this is. Strange individual refers to his tenants thinking it is a good idea to abuse an elderly resident at night by punching his window as they walk past. Strange individuals means people who don’t work and smoke weed at home all day. Property is overcrowded with these people. Myself and another neighbor went out of our way to try and resolve issue with Ali. His denial of facts makes him looks completely unprofessional. Unfortunately it has gone further than he thought it would. His manner is aggressive, hostile and fraudulent. We have informed landlord and police are calling to property today to deal with marijuana farm. Ali’s claims to deal with issues professionally is to shout down a phone like a gangster and lie about his ownership of company. Unfortunately that doesn’t work on educated people. We have raised this processing of an official complaint with relocators regulators and await outcomes.... Read more

Was renting as a tenant with these guys last year. This is honestly the worst agency I have ever dealt with. I am a landlord myself and would never dream of employing a service like this. A few examples: - agent wouldn’t believe us when we reported issues in the flat. He often tried to blame us for issues that went wrong in the home as an excuse not to deal with them, even though we were conscientious and houseproud professionals. - We had to live with stinking drains for over a year and he wouldn’t send a plumber- despite paying over £2000 rent a month. - agent was aggressive and unpleasant from the moment contracts were signed (Ali). He had such little respect for tenants or pride in what he was doing. When we made appointments with him, he’d often show up an hour late- or not at all. - agency are absolute fraudsters when it comes to deposit return. They will take every step possible to invent damage. They literally have no ethics. They only stopped when we engaged a lawyer to highlight our rights. In summary, there is enough choice in the property market NOT to settle for this agency. Even if the flat you find is nice, think long and hard about whether you want to enter in to a contract with these guys. We wasted a lot of time and energy trying to deal with Ali’s combative and unprofessional attitude- shocking when you are paying these guys hundreds of pounds in commission.... Read more

I called this company several weeks ago to expressly ask that my address be removed from any and all marketing communication. I was promised it would be and am now looking at yet another letter from these people. I called 4 times to discuss the problem before writing this review but no one ever picked up. GDPR states that i have the legal right to choose not to receive marketing if i don't want to. It should also be opt-in not opt-out which seems to be the industry standard. Im sure this negative review will finally get a response- so sad that thats the only way to do so these days.... Read more
