    *****USE ANY OTHER LETTING AGENCY BUT THIS ONE ******* by far the most unprofessional, aggressive property management staff, I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, after renting in east London for 5 + years with various agencies, I have never been more shocked with the way I have been dealt with and spoken too by the property management staff at CITYZEN estate agency. With special mention to the MD who said to me: "I couldn't give a f*** about the tenants issues or concerns me and my team are paid by the landlord of the properties we manage" Charging each tenant an exit fee (just to leave the property at the end of the contract), various other hidden charges, rude / aggressive staff that will do anything to retain as much of a tenants deposit as possible for themselves and the landlords they represent.
