AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU LIKE LOOSING TIME AND MONEY THEN ALL MEANS USE THEM !!! They are scammers took money and still never got a place wasted our time and the staff there are all bunch of C****!!! no help at all rude every time (of course once they had are money).. I can write a whole book about how bad this company is , worst experience I've ever had with any type of company ever!! I will now be contacting all the letting trade bodies (ARLA, NAEA, NALS, UKALA), trading standards and more. This company should not be allowed to trade period!!!!!!!!

Worst agent in London - would avoid at all cost. As a landlord I found out the hard way that staff and MD clearly do not care about tenants or trying to retain them. Have now twice had tenants move out after six months, with the last tenants stating they found it very hard to be managed by them, with agents charging more fees for finding new tenants.

Not a community based agent. I found them to be awful, agent, not registered our deposit. Everyone should scrutinise their contracts carefully for unfair terms and add on fees, and not be signed up to their energy providers no doubt for additional fees.Obstructive in their conduct and aggressive in their approach, old school agents who run their agency without a care in the world and professionalism. At critical times they provide little information, to-date the worst experience. I would avoid these agents.

I would like to recommend this estate agency. People who work there would go the extra mile to complete their task. The owners of this agency take great care of all the trusted them properties being rented out. They use top class professional designers to refurbish their properties to the highest standards. They conduct their business with no delays and are honest and nice people.
