I have visited one of their property 27 kingsmere First they didn’t reply me anything when i call them they send me email with tenant form and i fill the form and send them back and after that i’have got the email that the landlord decided to proceed with another application that’s totally racism they guy ben hopper dealing the matter and i think he don’t want to give us the property. If you want to do the business don’t go for the racism. Do it properly thanks... Read more

I've used Cliffords and in particular Ben for nearly 10 years now both lettings and sales. This industry gets a bad name quite often but people dont often speak out when they get a good service so i thought i would. Ben has sold 2 properties for me recently and been brilliant with both where some work needed doing he even aranged for it to be done on my behalf using his property management contacts saving me loads of time and effort. Throughout our time renting through Clifford's, my wife and I have been overwhelmed by the team's competence, warmth and response to concerns or questions. Everything that you are warned - and which we were worried - about regarding lettings agents and landlords is totally unfounded in the case of Clifford's; we felt supported and valued from the first viewing to our recent check out. After a terrible experience with a supposedly upmarket chain of estate agents, I was very careful choosing and I chose Clifford’s as I felt I could trust Ben and his team to get the right tenants for the property and to manage an old building with care. I have not regretted it and have been very happy with Ben and his team. I believe the tenants have been very happy as well, which is important to me.... Read more
