The best and more efficient estate agent in Brighton and Hove.
My fiancé and I were looking for a property for our first time buy and Heb Bailey and the team found us the perfect apartment. We weren't through A LOT of agencies and A LOT of visits but those guys seem to actually care more and find us our first flat pretty much straight away.
Not only that but they helped us through the entire process: being first time buyers we were so inexperienced in purchasing a property and the guys went the extra miles to help us with solicitors recommendations, surveys, all the steps on buying a house and were always there when we needed access to the property for surveyors and others. They responded to all our questions within hours and never hesitated to help.
I say it again the best estate agent in Brighton and Hove, ppl who actually care! Thank you so much for making our first purchase an amazing experience :)

Charlie was the agent that supported me on that journey, he was a joy to work with, clearly communicating the whole way and always professional during viewings. Charlie was also able to secure a steady flow of viewers and kept in touch at all times to ensure I was always in the loop.

The whole team provided a truly personal service throughout a long and sometimes painful sale and purchase to ensure we have successfully moved into the house of our dreams.
