The best and more efficient estate agent in Brighton and Hove.
My fiancé and I were looking for a property for our first time buy and Heb Bailey and the team found us the perfect apartment. We weren't through A LOT of agencies and A LOT of visits but those guys seem to actually care more and find us our first flat pretty much straight away.
Not only that but they helped us through the entire process: being first time buyers we were so inexperienced in purchasing a property and the guys went the extra miles to help us with solicitors recommendations, surveys, all the steps on buying a house and were always there when we needed access to the property for surveyors and others. They responded to all our questions within hours and never hesitated to help.
I say it again the best estate agent in Brighton and Hove, ppl who actually care! Thank you so much for making our first purchase an amazing experience :)

It is common knowledge that buying and/or selling ones property is high up there on the stress scale. Moreover, finding the right Estate Agents who possess the level of calibre and above all empathy to ensure they mitigate that stress, is not an easy task. Viewed a flat and told them almost immediately I was interested. I called in to put a deposit, was told I’d receive a call the next day which I did not. I had to chase a few times. When I finally heard back, they took all my referencing details and then went silent.
Almost 2 weeks later after numerous attempts to get in touch with them, they told me the landlord had selected a tenant and they hadn’t even processed my application. I’d stopped searching for a flat in that time, and they’d taken some sensitive data in order to process the application. They took it and went silent.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Really poor experience with 0 empathy shown.

I'm usually slightly cautious about giving a full score, but I can't see any reason not to on this occasion.
Heb (director) was very professional and incredibly responsive with communications all throughout the process. Dom (sales) likewise provided a great level of service. Credit to Phil as well for initially showing me my property and providing support.
Robert Luff & Co were particularly good in that staff didn't apply pushy, hard-sales tactics which have discouraged me from dealing with certain estate agents in the past. Heb allowed me to come to my own decision to buy and provided information as and when I needed it. Staff were patient and allowed me to view my property on numerous occasions which I was grateful for.
Would definitely recommend Robert Luff & Co. As a first time buyer, I felt confident and assured that I was in good hands.

I had a great experience working with Robert Luff on my recent purchase, and couldn’t speak more highly of Phil Bennett!
Although Phil was representing the seller of the property rather than me, I felt that he treated me with openness and honesty throughout the whole process and was even able to negotiate a discount for us when a survey flagged up a minor issue.
Due to Phil’s efforts and diligence, we were able to complete the move on the last day of the stamp duty holiday which I was extremely happy about!
