Selling a property is always somewhat challenging, so it's nice to have an Estate Agent who is easy to get hold of and is open and responsive. Issue with a buyer who was playing a silly game of looking but not buying was swiftly resolved and extra effort put in to find another buyer in a short timeframe. Would throughly recommend.
