I have been thoroughly impressed by the service provided throughout the purchase of my new property. From the start the estate agents have been responsive, honest and acted in not only the sellers best interests but balanced these with my own.
The team were all very personable and at no point did I feel pressured in the process. You could tell they were all invested and passionate about their business and went above and beyond to provide support throughout the process.

Phil and Charlie are amazing, they are approachable and professional, they get things done. Sold my flat quickly and guided me through the various stages, always keeping me informed. Charlie kept the sale on track liaising with solicitors and the buyers. Whilst Phil with his hands on approach worked with solicitors to prevent the transfer of lease delaying the sale. We purchased a property through Coast and Country. We got a great feel from Chris from the first time we met him, he was genuinely interested in us and gave us advice about the area before we put in an offer. The process wasn’t as smooth as we’d hoped but Chris worked hard to make sure we got there. If it hadn’t been for Chris, I’m not sure the outcome would have been the same. Thank you so much to Chris and the team. We won’t be moving anytime soon but if/when we do, we’ll definitely go for C&C!

Phil, Chris & the team from Coast & Country were absolutely fantastic in selling my property from the day of meeting them! The we're an easy and obvious choice.
Compared to a lot of othe agents, they have what I'd describe as a modernised approach to the whole process. There was also no hard sell or pressure by them which I really loved to!!
I was kept updated & every stage and got a fantastic & realistic price for my property in no time at all. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who's looking to sell. Without a doubt will use them again should I find myself working my way further up the property ladder! Thanks everyone at Coast & Country????????????

I recently purchased by first property and Chris and Phil were there with their incredible support every step of the way! They are always only a message away and are able to answer any question you throw at them. Two lovely and professional guys doing an amazing job! As a first time buyer they definitely made this process a lot more enjoyable and nothing was ever a problem for them! I definitely know who I will be running to when I am ready to upsize in the future! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking at buying or selling a property! Keep up the amazing work guys!!

Having worked for most of the estate agents around Worthing, I find doing coast and countries lettings work a breath of fresh air. Organised, professional and very good communication! I have also brought properties through them and they have kept me updated throughout and has by far been the best service I have ever encountered!!
