We got a great feel from Chris from the first time we met him, he was genuinely interested in us and gave us advice about the area before we put in an offer. Customer service was sublime from purchase deposit step all the way down to completion,
Extremely quick responses in a timely manor to.
As the property was a new build there were a few long waits and there were a few complications but Chris and Phil were fantastic at making sure we were fully updated with everything which helped put mine and my partners mind at ease when we were going through the house buying process as it can get very stressful.
There are also times they went above and beyond to make sure we got answers when we were not happy with the responses provided by the developers which we were extremely thankful for as I was able to pass these on to the right people to ensure a more quicker transaction overall.
Cannot recommend them enough, just know if you buy or sell a property with them you will be well looked after!

I have been a working in the residential and commercial utilities sector for over 10 years and as I am constantly busy, it’s essential that anyone I use, also holds efficiency, timeliness and honesty as important values. My work always means putting my customer first even if that means walking away from potential business if it’s not in my customer’s best interest – value for money and making life simpler are key.
So, when I met Chris from Coast and Country, his gentle and relaxed approach instantly put me at ease. He had come highly recommended by other business contacts so I suspected that he might be a good find. I was correct.
Over the past 9 years I have bought and sold multiple investment properties and consider myself a bit of a pro in terms of liaising with estate agents and solicitors. However, Chris has been by far the best agent I’ve used – he always keeps us in the loop with what’s happening, does lots of the chasing up of solicitors and documents and always returns calls. After a horrific experience with Purple Bricks last August we started to lose faith in ever being able to sell our property. When our neighbours put their house up for sale with C&C and it sold in just over a week, we knew that when the time was right we wanted to use Coast and Country. We weren't disappointed! From the very first point of contact on Facebook we knew that they were a company who genuinely cared about their clients. Phil and Chris made our house look show home worthy and even booked viewings for a Sunday which we haven't seen before with any other estate agents. They helped us and our buyers through every step of the buying process and no task was ever too much for them. When we couldn't get hold of our solicitors a couple of times they were there and within an hour they had the information we were after. I cannot recommend Coast & Country enough. Having spoken to a range of estate agents when looking to sell my property. C&C were by far the personal and enthusiastic about representing my property on the market.
While everyone else talked about awards and being the largest and best estate agents in the area and showing little interest in the property.
Chris and the team were genuinely enthusiastic in the property. From the get go they had my complete trust compared with the commercial competition.
I knew it wouldn’t be just another sale on the books, they put everything into selling the property.
Knowing Chris and Phil would be doing the viewings rather than someone else was really important to me. As I have viewed houses where the estate agent doesn’t care about the house itself.
They were great at communicating with me throughout the entire sales process from viewings, receiving offers right up and beyond completion.
I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Buying or selling a property in today’s time is a scary and time consuming leap. But the guys at coast & country were really helpful and great for someone like me... a solo novice!
Phil was there at the end of the phone anytime I needed him and always kept in good contact with myself regarding any updates on my move.
They even did some helpful things like put me on to a good mortgage broker and a good solicitor as I had no idea who to go to and what I was needing.

Over the last twenty years working in property and dealing with many 'Estate Agents'.... sadly I have to say 9/10 times they completely disappoint on all levels!!! I was thrilled to recently discover and work with 'Coast and Country' on some property deals, in particular Chris Trott! My experience of Chris is that he is a consummate professional, who knows his local market and more importantly his clients!! It was so refreshing to work with Chris......... his due diligence, knowledge, outstanding service and genuine care to get a deal done the best way possible for all parties was just brilliant!! FINALLY I have met a company who understands it's much more than just transactional - it's about relationships and being able to manage the needs of all parties involved. Wonderful people, helpful, friendly yet professional, and have excellent follow up. I nearly gave up on the property due to mortgage problems, but Chris insisted that I persevere and there we are, Phil handed me the keys on Monday ????.

We dealt with Phil and his attention to detail and absolute personal support is second to none.
We had a buyer pull out and the new build we had agreed to buy was going to be put back on the market which was devastating to my wife.
Phil worked his magic, spoke to the new build supplier, sorted out the whole issue, found us a new buyer and we moved!

WOW..... what can i say. We have sold and rented out few property's in the past with other agents and we have always been burnt somehow. However, we recently discovered Coast and Country Estate agent in Worthing, and what a breath of fresh air. We have been looked after by Chris, one of the manging director. He has gone over above. not only with the service he has given us, but also with his knowledge on the market. Giving us advice on where to invest and when to sell (not only in regards to businesses but also with our personal homes). He is well know in the market and has connected us with talented mortgage advisors, solicitors etc. I would say his is one of the best estate agents in Worthing.
