Although going through a particularly difficult first time buying process, I cannot fault the team at King and Chasemore for their diligence in continuing to get things finalised for me. Emily and Angel have been the main people who have been keeping me updated throughout, and I am grateful to all the work they have been doing in the background with chasing and pushing things forward. Although I have another mortgage advisor, I did have a couple of appointments with Abdullah, who was very informative and helped me to understand the mortgage process further. I am very disappointed with this Agents. They cancelled my viewing last week without any good reason and rearranged it to this week assuring me that I am the first viewer and not to worry about anything. They just rang me to cancell again because they had a viewing for the property and the offer has been accepted. They denied any reassurances they gave me despite me having a witness for their statements. They made me miss on purchasing a property I was really really interested in.

NOBODY DOES IT BETTER
I am 76 years old and after 10 years of renting – effectively paying for the purchase of the property I rented - and never once missing a payment, and keeping the flat in a good clean condition, my landlady served me with a Section 21 ‘no fault eviction’ notice and gave me a month to find alternative accommodation. To add insult to injury, during my ten-year tenure my state pension increased by 17.5% but my rent increased by almost 40% over the same period.
To solve my dilemma of imminent eviction, having approached several estate agents and letting agencies without any joy, I approached King and Chasemore and explained my dilemma.
What a sea-change. Not only did Jack the viewing agent pull out all of the stops to find me a comfortable dwelling that fit within my budget, he went the extra mile to locate a beautifully decorated property with deep-pile fully fitted carpets throughout that also benefits from central heating and a modern fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom.
It didn’t stop there! King and Chasemore offer an insurance arrangement that is unique to them, that does away with having to provide a large sum of ‘dead’ money as a ‘security deposit’ – which depreciates in net worth over time as the cost of living rises.
As you can imagine, being on pension, only having to pay a small yearly insurance premium has made a HUGE positive difference to my finances.
King and Chasemore’s commitment to exceptional customer care again shone through when I moved in. I sought permission to hang several framed art prints and hang my flat-screen TV on the wall above the fireplace to make my flat homely. The receptionist contacted the landlady there and then, and less than 24 hours later I was given the go ahead to hang my pictures and mount my TV using the correct manufacturers wall mounting bracket.
It does not get better than that. All the way through my perilous journey the management and staff of King and Chasemore not only act in a highly professional manner, they have been the essence of kindness to me in my hour of need.
If you have need to move into rented accommodation, you will NOT find a better company to take care of you and help you to locate a property that suits your needs and budget. FIVE STARS

Having not sold our house last year, and taken it off the market over the winter, we decided to ask King and Chasemore for an up-to-date market evaluation. We were only seeking to garner their thoughts but Emily, the manageress, was so complimentary about our house and so enthusiastic and confident that she could easily sell it that we decided not to approach anyone else.
We were keen that anyone showing potential buyers around our house should really know our house and its positives. Emily was totally on board with that and as a result we got to meet her team: Angel, Daisy and Lara who were likewise wonderfully friendly, enthusiastic and professional people. Emily arranged for photos to be taken of our house and also a video. Our previous estate agent hadn’t created a video and I feel having one this year, alongside a dynamic group of people who really wanted to help us, was the reason we quickly secured the ideal buyer for our property.

The most horrible experience we ever had with an agency.Avoid them at all cost. We had so many requests before us to get in the property to put a good review, and I had to come back and change everything. The day we signed our contract everything's changed. They rent us a house that has lots of issues. They were promising us that the house will be refurbished before we move in but unfortunately we did believed them and the day we moved in we realized that not only work has not been complete but they would not take any responsibility. Of course, you can not get a hold of them at all, and when we finally got to speak to them. There were a blaming game between them and the landlord. Is all about money and they don't care about families,children, and babies. Do not trust them at all. Avoid avoid avoid.

They are dedicated, reliable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I trust in them and they are very efficient and good at keeping me updated. Special praise for Jessica, she's the lady I have most contact with.
What I really appreciate is the amount of time they give to me, I never feel like just another customer, I feel that they actually care about meeting my needs. They take pride in their job and although I'm demanding they are are always supportive. I decided to use King & Chasemore as my flat was rented out through them and I wanted to try and keep my tenant in place if possible. We started with the agent giving us a high valuation and then basing the fee on this valuation.
The details that were being produced by some outsourced agency, were constantly wrong. It was as though the person putting the document together, had never ever seen what the end product should look like. One problem was fixed, that would cause another and then back to the original. No version control was instigated, I think it took about 3weeks to get the 6 page details acceptable.
Then a subset went on the websites, but changed and were wrong again.
About 2months in I was asked to reduce the price, but not the fee. After four months I was asked to reduce the price again. This time I insisted the fee was changed in line with the price, which it was. However, it took several attempts to get the websites correct again. The flat then sold, but my solicitor was not informed, instead the agent instructed their own. When I found out they had to start over again with my solicitor, who's details they had, but seemed to have lost.
Throughout the whole transaction, I had to chase for updates, every time I left messages for the agent, he states he never got them. In the end he gave me his mobile so I could at least contact him. Very poor!

I would like to share my experience as a customer of King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing, I moved to worthing a little over 1 year ago and I remember that at the time I was looking for a rental property, I was new in the country, I was learning the language Anyway, I'm still KKK, but I wanted to find a cozy place to receive my family.
That's when my property search saga began, I've been to all the rental companies and for me it was a big disappointment.
It was what impressed me the most and to reach this feeling was the bad service, I felt despised and discriminated against, a “cold” service.
I entered the MJ agency and asked the realtor to show me a property that had been advertised, I will never forget this episode, he told me he could only show me the property after checking my documents. I wonder if after he checked and i didn't like the property?
I am a journalist with expertise in marketing and advertising, I know very well that smart and modern companies bet on a "great" service. Taking you, as a customer, to a unique and magical experience, strengthening bonds and relationships.
Mainly in the real estate sector where people are not simply looking for a place to live, but a property to be their home, the comfort of their family.
It was then that I met King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing, through REBECCA, where at all times, from the first contact she received, she received me very well!
In this search I was insecure, scared, confused, hahaha, it was a mixture of feelings, I was looking for a HOME to receive my family that I love so much, my wife, my 2 children, Joaquim, 9, and Joao Vitor, 8.
But REBECCA, with its kindness, provided me with security, tranquility, perhaps my client profile at the time was not in accordance with the standards of the company or the lessor, but even so, Rebecca treated me generously and with that she gave me this Wonderful experience with King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing.

Years may pass, but this story of first place will always be remembered.

I contacted a few letting agencies and after speaking to some of them I felt very disheartened as they didn't really seem that bothered about getting back to me with any queries, questions or even just to organise viewings. When I spoke to Aisling and Rebecca it really showed that they care about the properties they have have to offer, and the customer service was impeccable. They've given me lots of advice.
The manager Jessica was also really lovely to and I would highly recommend speaking to this team.
I really hope I end up finding a new home via them.

Would rate this a zero if I could! Absolutely appalling customer service. Repair reports went ignored for months. Left without a boiler for 3 weeks in winter and got told I was allowed reimbursement and then they never followed through. You have to constantly chase them for responses if you even get them. Waited for deposit to be returned 2 months later after having to be forced to seek outside assistance.

They make you feel like contacting them is a burden on their job. Response time is terrible and they are hesitant to commit to anything in writing. Never again will I use their services. Others may have experienced a fantastic service, however, I personally did not. What a shame to be one of the unlucky ones as many others seem to have had a good experience.

Before signing the contracts the agents promised
-The gas/electric metres would be changed from prepay to regular connection.
-The back overgrown garden would be cleared and prepared
-That blinds or curtains (none in the house at all) could be fitted if a quote was provided for the landlord.
Despite numerous phone calls some 5 weeks after having moved in, the meters have not been changed, the garden remains a jungle (in which were two dead rats were found) and there are no window coverings despite providing quotes weeks ago.
This is happening in a property where it is known there are young children.
Numerous telephone calls have been made to the branch and a detailed e-mail outlining the above sent to Louise on 20/09/18 over a week later there has been no contact and not even an acknowledgement of the e-mail.
Poor does not even come close to describing the way that this situation is being handled by King and Chasmemore in Worthing.

BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!!
My son Rung up yesterday to book a time for 11:15 to view a house down cottenham road in worthing.
Got a call at 10am today to say the agent showing us around MIGHT be 5 miniteslate as she has a viewing in LITTLEHAMPTON at 10:45?!
He turned up with his partner and 7 yearold daughter at 11:20
11:35 rolls past still nothing, he rung up and had to keep trying for 10 minutes before they final answer to tell him they will find out where the agent is and phone him back which never happened.
10 minutes later the person that was due to view the house AFTER him turned up, with a young child.
Another 10 minutes off trying to get hold of the office, he phoned me up to collect him which took me 20 minutes to get to him and STILL no sign of the agent?!?!?!
Simply appauling!! I intend on putting a letter through the door later to explain everything to the home owner, seeing as I agreed to pay a years rent up front for my son when he found the house he wanted (which seemed to be this one!) I'm sure he'd love to hear how much money you've just lost him!!
