Never used costal properties before and I have to say how fantastic they have been as an estate agent.
Fast efficient and extremely helpful.
Repairs are always quickly carried out without any problems or inconvenience.
I would highly recommend this team to anybody who is looking for rented accommodation and for landlords looking for that no nonsense service!

My wife and I went through Coastal Estate Agents when we applied for our new flat.
The staff were awesome and bent over backwards to help us both get through the process quickly and into our new home.
All emails sent to them were answered almost immediately and and issues we had were resolved in a timely manner.

This company has been wonderful to deal with since I first looked around the property. The estate agent was very kind, friendly and and went above and beyond to make the application process as easy as possible. From our first viewing over two years ago, Coastal has offered a great experience, professional, efficient, helpful and more importantly, always very polite and friendly.
Any problems we have had have been dealt with promptly and competently.
Would highly recommend using the Coastal team, especially Lin and Gillian who are both always so warm and cheerful.

Have repeatedly requested a viewing for several properties with coastal since before Easter, they've just responded today (on 1 of 5 different listing, nothing on the other 4) saying property is under application... if they were more on the ball and professional, things may have been better! Not impressed at all

This lettings agency are diabolical. We are still living in this property but desperately want to move.
We have dealt with nothing but lies deceit and manipulation of facts and denial. Thankfully we have strong and valuable evidence of their actions and are able to evidence their appalling attitude and incompetence.
This company seems to breed people who lie and seem to have it down to a fine art form. However I really don’t think they have come across an individual like me with such tenacity to allow the truth to come out.
Our landlord who has been assisted to lie and cover up work needed in this property has on many occasions failed to repair ongoing issues.
We have since June 2020 had no less than 6-7 roofers attend this property to look at work. Atleast 2 roofers have not carried out any work even though they were sent to look at the jobs and 3 roofers two of which did carry out work stated that our roof over our utility room needed to be completely renewed and not just fixed. The one roofer who didn’t carry out any work and I quote from him was that it’s like a patch work quilt on your roof and it’s in a terrible mess and needs replacing. If the landlord doesn’t want the job completed properly then I am not interested and it’s highly unlikely that you will see me again as I’m not interested in doing bodge jobs, he also asked, have any other roofers been out to your property before, to which I replied yes and two others have stated exactly what you’ve just said.
We asked for an electrician to be requested at the property after water gushed through a light fitting for 8 days the local council and the lettings agency who both denied there was a need for an electrician to attend at the time are now back tracking because an EICR report was completed and the electricians have found a series of issues with our electrics and one of them is with the light fitting which has now been replaced. If there were no issues with it and it would pass an inspection why has it been flagged up as an issue which requires remedial work and the fitting changed. I rest my case on that one. It’s also appears that coastal property group only want roofers or trades people to carry out work who agree with them or the landlord, you know the type to support the landlord not to spend much money and have bodge jobs completed on the house time after time.
We also have had coastal property group send an email stating they would only deal with us through email after letting them know that a council official had been recorded in a telephone conversation and had lied to us, within half an hour of having this fifteen minute phone call with a member of their staff they sent an email stating I had been abusive during that phone call and had been abusive and derogatory about all other members of their staff and trades people who had visited our home, this was a complete lie and never happened I then informed coastal property group that the call their member of staff had with me was witnessed by my partner and there was other strong evidence to prove they had just lied.
Never in my entire life have I come across such incompetent lying and down-rite devious individuals as the coastal property group.
There are many many more incidences that I could write about with this company but I don’t have several hours to write it all down. They should be struck if the lettings agency register for their unprofessionalism and behaviour I would never recommend this company to anyone and the entire compliment of staff seem incompetent and several have lied to me on occasions but I’m happy about this as it gives me the opportunity to show and prove what liars they are in a very spectacular way. I can’t wait to see their faces when their lies are exposed. This company doesn’t deserve to be in business they’re just horrendous. They are only after one thing also never had a single home inspection during our entire time of living here. Also they let our gas safety certificate run out and had the cheek to send an email saying your gas certificate is due for renewal, when I informed them it had run out the reply was oh sorry about that.

This company is an absolute joke with no regard what so ever to their tenants or those who neighbour them. Asked repeatedly to manage one of their properties due to damage being caused to an adjoining property they were non-compliant and ambivalent in their untimely response with an utter disregard to damage and distress caused to the tenant and the other occupants. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I am utterly disgusted with their unprofessional attitudes, their disregard to occupants and their dismissive and abusive tone with all concerned. Simply appalling.

Allowed property to be damaged and items taken by tenants.
No checks carried out during tenants occupation of the property and no checks when they left.
Refused to hold onto the deposit because it would be to much of a problem.
The name Coastal Property Group is a deception, There is no group.

The only reason we were evicted on a no fault eviction was because we complained to the council that we felt the electrics were not safe. We paid our rent on time every month and we left the flat in a much cleaner state than we took it on. We are now waiting for a response from coastal about their comments.
We are still waiting for a response from the owner who we emailed a few days ago.
I buy property do it up and sell it on in the Lytham area but I will never deal with these people. They have still not replied to my numerous emails.
After 3 weeks this company has not retracted its post. The fact is we rented 6 Lowther Court, 28 Church road Lytham and in our opinion the electrics were unsafe. Instead of checking the electrics we were evicted as a revenge eviction. We were not at fault. The owners of this company simply were not interested in our safety.
PLEASE REMOVE THE LIES FROM YOUR RESPONSE. THE ELECTRICS WERE NOT CHECKED WHILST WE WERE IN THE FLAT.

Awful. Only women are employed at this place and they are all dumb. I rang countless times about problems with my house and they all 'forgot' every conversation every time!! Charged me for cleaning after I vacated despite them admitting it hadn't been cleaned before I moved in. Avoid, avoid...AVOID

They have no interest in looking after your property as long as they get their finders fee and they don’t care who they find. They do not monitor the tenant or visit the property. Terrible experience. The name of the company says it all by calling themselves a ‘group’.
