Worst estate to go with Vicki is a back stabbing and full of bs I would advice everyone not to go with these low life they don’t care about there residence within the property that is in their care all they care about is the money. I’ve been at the property for 6 months now and repairs needed to be done way before I moved in and now I have my solicitor and the council involved as the council has put it as category 1&2. There are no heatings in any most needed areas aka bedroom & living room area. Windows in bedroom and living room area are not been fixed still she’s said it has but used a cowboy the gas has been fully capped and the plumbing is extremely bad. I wouldn’t even give a rating a 1 star have to, to write a comment so really 0 stars out of 10 is 0... Read more

Absolutely terrible would not deal with these people again paid £100 for an application fee & the lady that runs the company Victoria Connell did not even process my application she decided to ask for private details into my bank accounts when I had already provided all the relevant information that was requested she refused to even talk about the matter properly & was very rude & sarcastic she also refused to refund me my money although an application was never put through, I urge no one to use this agency I also see that 1 of 2 the 5 star reviews on this company is from the other owner of the agency Andrew Connell that says it all really very disappointed in them...
