Abysmally unprofessional treatment of prospective renters. Treated like we're disposable and unworthy..Hello! We are your potential CUSTOMERS!
Couldn't even have the courtesy to advise that the property had been taken off the market.Especially annoying as time and effort went into arranging to view the property including the online pre reference rent form which was one of the fiddliest and chunkiest forms I've ever completed.

JGL have been brilliant since we have been renting a house through them. Always solved any issues or problems we have had with the property and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, in fact we have locked ourselves out of the property a few times and JGL have sent somebody around with the spare key to let us in and they always get somebody out to us super quick. Highly recommend them if you are looking to rent it buy a property ????

This is my first venture into the Rental Property Market. JGL has been most helpful and professional. All the staff go about their business in a most professional yet courteous way. We are kept informed and have the comfort of knowing that we are dealing with a Company that has expertise and knowledge.
I would certainly recommend this Company should you ever be thinking of entering the Rental Market as a property owner.

I have, today, just ended my two year association with JGL in Lytham, Lancashire and it is a rather sad day as Ben and everyone at the company have been shining examples of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. Indeed, I would go so as to state that JGL are the best management company I have ever dealt with as a tenant of a property.
