8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I have recently used Entwistle Green in Lytham St Anne’s to find a tenant for my rental property and was extremely impressed with the service throughout. A special mention to Lauren, who did an excellent job managing everything from start to finish and securing a suitable tenant quickly and efficiently. Lauren was professional, responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, a great experience and I would happily recommend the whole team at Entwistle Green to other Landlords.

28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)JUST SPOKE TO A FEMALE ABOUT A PROPERTY THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN VIEWING, FOR HER TO ASK FOR ALL OUR PERSONAL DETAILS. TO THEN SAY UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO VIEWINGS AVAILABLE, AND THE PROPERTY HAS SEVERAL OFFERS ON THE TABLE SO ITS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL GET A VIEWING. I SAID WHY DIDN’T YOU STATE THAT AT THE BEGINNING BEFORE I GAVE YOU ALL MY PERSONAL CONTACT DETAILS. ??????

16th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time. We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .
