The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

What can we say about them?
I can only speak personally about Orchard Estates
On buying a property in the Ansdill area which was not straightforward I can only give the upmost praise to the staff at Orchard.
Occasional frustration over phone calls which is always going to happen either I wouldn’t be available at the time or staff were out and had to wait for a return call. Which I may add I always received.
Could only recommend the services

If I could give minus stars, I would. Be very wary of using this agent for anything. They do not communicate with potential buyers when offers are made-leaving you to chase them for updates, and then only to find out by accident that they have agreed to let the property in question to another buyer. I’m not convinced they even passed the offer to the landlord as it was for the full asking price. They would also not answer reasonable questions regarding the condition of a property that they wanted to let on an FRI lease-which makes me wonder whether another reviewer’s comment about them being a slum landlord is accurate or not...
I will be addressing my concerns with the NAEA to ensure that Orchard’s processes are above board, and reflective of a practising estate agent.

Booked a veiwing drove 130 miles to find they don't even turn up at the property no answer on the phone and no call to myself.
If they treat all potential customers like this then they shouldn't be in business.

I can't speak about everything that Orchard undertake , but I still haven't been paid for the work that I carried out for them and it's come to my knowledge that other tradesmen haven't been paid either..
James on the other hand is professional and on the ball.
Would I recommend...orchard estates .NO..

Extremely professional and go above and beyond expectations to make things so much easier for people. Highly recommended to anyone looking for their perfect home. Will deffinalty use them again in the future if needed

worst company ever been with, there properties for rent are run down, not nice people slum landlords employ cowboy builder's there a family of money thieves, Don't contact then don't make that mistake!!!

A lovely family business to deal with. Charlotte and Ben are simply brilliant. They sold my house for me in a matter of weeks, for the price I needed. I would recommend them to anyone. If i ever sell a house again I'm going to them. They sold my next door neighbours house for them also, after months with no agent. 5* GRADE A service. As for the people bad mouthing them on here, ignore them. I run a very successful business myself and no what goes into making people happy, some people just never are no matter what you do for them!
