I have been permanently based in Norway since 2013 and have nothing but praise for the way they have handled the letting of my property from the beginning and the conduct of the sale just completed. From their initial vetting of the tenants to their management for the last three years or so their advice has always been first class and their support cheerful and always exemplary. The sale of my property was also accomplished with great aplomb. As a former landlord I gained a tremendous respect for their professionalism and support.
Very Unprofessional, Complaints not acknowledgd or replied too. Rip you off with Admin charges, demand money from bills 4 days prior to xmas! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very unprofessional, I have recently payed a reference fee for a property, however the house was taken by someone else after we've signed everything, and now I'm struggling to get my money back, it been months and every time I phone them they tell me that they will call me back in 3 days but it never happens. Last time I phoned them the women hang up the phone!!!!!! Never rent a property from Connells!!!!!!!
We’re a long established landlord of a number of rental properties. We’ve had our fair share of experiences with local letting agents and, without question, Jackson-Stops & Staff lettings’ service stands head and shoulders above the rest on every measure. They tick all the boxes for us - for example their in-depth knowledge of the local rental market or that they always go out of their way to help or advise if they can. They’re professional, warm, polite and consistently reliable - they do what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it: calls are returned, messages passed on and requests only have to be made once - it’s all just a hundred times easier with JSS and we really couldn’t be more satisfied.
We really appreciated being kept in the loop in relation to updates and were able to secure our dream home. Thank you.
I'm very happy with the service. Sally, Dean and John were all very helpful every time I spoke to them. I had some difficulty finding a property as I have been living and working abroad for many years, so the landlord reference was difficult to obtain. Sally Hatcher were very sympathetic and understanding about this situation and they helped me to find a solution around it. Most, but not all, other estate agents just don't give a damn about such things. I've learnt that the estate agent themselves can be just as important as the property. From my experience this estate agent are great and have nice properties. Would definitely use them again in the future!

The student house I rented from them for my final year was lovely, it was well kept, well insulated and well looked after by the landlord. Throughout the whole year me and my housemates had barely any issues with the house. My issues lie with Sally Hatcher, not the house itself; of which I had no problems with"
However, I do have issues with Sally Hatcher. By the end of the tenancy we started to have major issues, and have only just resolved the matter (in October!). They had already messed up our deposit halfway through the year, and conclusively had to throw the full deposit under one name (their own administrative error). As well as this, they charged an extortionate amount from our deposit in the first place - nearly £500 in total (a completely unfair amount).
The situation is more dense than this, but all I can advise is; if you want an Estate Agents that will cheat you of your deposit, that has THE worst administration and THE worst communication with their tenants - then Sally Hatcher is the best by far!

Rented a beautiful flat for a few years and found everyone helpful and friendly. Never had any problems as they were always sorted before they arose. Would definitely choose to use Fell Reynolds than any others in the future.
Zero stars - avoid this company like the plague!! Appalling service. How can emergencies like NO WATER not be covered out of hours. This company has avoided cleaning and other standard maintenance tasks since they have taken over. Company has rouge traders written all over it. Poor management poor customer service. No water in all day because they can’t contact the site manager. Talk about single point of failure!! @fellreynolds you need to fix up or you will be reported to watchdog with a full investigation!!!
