We had 2 properties to be sold and both had prospective buyers within 6 weeks. Nicola did all the dressings for photos and all property viewings which allowed more flexibility for both parties. Nicola was absolutely fantastic from start right through to finish! She was flexible on times when as to when we could do viewings, knowledgable about the houses we saw and responded quickly to all our queries. She also had many contacts for the different services we would need, such as mortgage brokers and lawyers, which was extremely valuable as we had only recently moved to Scotland and helped smooth out the whole process.
