D Hurrell
Booked a taxi at 7:30pm for 11:15pm pickup in rural Fawkham. They failed to arrive and when I called to chase they had no record of a booking, and didn’t offer to make amends by sending another. Instead we were forwarded to another (unnamed) company who couldn’t help.
Very disappointing service meaning we didn’t get home until 1:35am
