We used Dan Thomas and Co to sell our flat. They were amazing! They found a buyer so quickly and were fantastic through the whole process! The whole team were so helpful but specifically Claire who was so easy to contact, always kept us up to date with what was going on and was so patient. Having tried other estate agents in the area and having little to no interest, we had all but given up hope for selling our flat and moving. However, Dan Thomas were able to find us a buyer off-market - before the photos were even taken!
Abi was incredibly helpful in the early stages, communicating effectively to keep us up to date on the viewing and negotiations.
As we neared exchange and completion, we encountered a number of legal difficulties. Claire was excellent in chasing the chain, the solicitors and facilitating effective communication between all parties. Claire also kept us up to date, which was really reassuring during the most challenging times of the sale. It’s no exaggeration to say that without Claire’s work, we probably would have been waiting weeks or months more to move - if it even went through at all.
Overall, the Dan Thomas team showed an extraordinary level of excellence and professionalism and I would be confident recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the estate agency, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their excellent service. From the moment we first contacted them, we were met with professionalism and efficiency.
Our main point of contact was Loraine, and she was an absolute superstar. She went above and beyond to ensure that our house buying process was smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to our emails and phone calls, and her knowledge and expertise were evident in every interaction we had with her.
Thanks to Loraine's and to her team for speedy service, we were able to purchase our dream house in month time. She guided us through every step of the process, making sure we understood everything and answering any questions we had along the way.
I cannot recommend this estate agency enough. They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

We sold with Dan Thomas & Co and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and caring experience. At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Dan himself was extremely professional, honest, and attentive throughout.

Well, what can I say about Dan Thomas & Co, flawless, outstanding, friendly...the list can go on and on!
From our very first interactions with Claire and Jo, we knew these estate agents were one of a kind.
We initially brought our house with these agents, and decided to sell with them as well. Best decision we ever made. Marisa, Abi, Claire, Lorraine, and Dan were honestly the easiest of people to work with although I wouldn't call it work! They became a part of our lives! Thank you to Marisa and Abi who were part time cat owners for us! Thank you to Claire for always answering my 101 questions! Thank you to Lorraine for being our local tour guide around New Ash Green! And a HUGE Thank you to Dan for making us feel like we were never a problem, for making the whole selling process a LOT easier to understand and for being such a genuine person.
