We reached out to several companies, but many either left us waiting for responses or didn’t feel genuine or transparent in their approach. Tammy from the Gravesend team truly stood out. She was consistently kind, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout. Even tho she had to work around the clock for us, changing few of the appointments hours or dates, Tammy remained positive and helpful. I’m really grateful for all the support we received and would happily recommend Robinson & Jackson.

We initially spoke with Steve who explained our options in a clear manner which made the process easy to understand. We also had dealings with Charlotte who was also prompt with calls and updates. Would definitely recommend the Medway team!

From memorandum of sale to exchange in just 24 working days is no small achievement, and a real testament to Terence and Jamie. Terence was incredible throughout. He went above and beyond with viewings, always proactive and clearly invested in securing the right buyer for us, not just any offer. That made a huge difference. Given the current market challenges, we were particularly impressed with how the sale progression was handled. Communication was excellent at every stage, with all parties kept aligned and informed. Having previously dealt with two local agents where the experience felt adversarial and, at times, quite difficult, this was a completely different experience. Strickland were professional, supportive and genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend.

The biggest compliment would be around the communication which was always very proactive from the whole team throughout the viewing and progression process. Using a group messaging function meant that I could easily ask questions and answer any questions from prospective buyers. I felt kept in the loop at all times. I would certainly use again in the future and recommend to friends.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Always keping us updated .. she chivvied and chased solicitors, surveyors, mortgage companies (yes they all need it!) with the aim of getting the deal over the line asap, which is what we all want. As sellers, we felt Holly and Anthony Martin always had our best interests at heart. Looking back on the sale of our flat, we made such a good decison to go with Anthony Martin.

Holly has been quick and efficient to get everything sorted and she has done smoothly without any issues, I’m amazed it only took 2 days from visiting the property to having all of the paper work done and I got to chose what date would work best for me to move in. Holly has been so helpful in more ways than one and has been on the phone when I needed her and got everything sorted, thank you for all your help, I look forward to moving into this new property :)
