26th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Glad I didn't have to proceed with a property and deal with Criena Erangey (supposedly the Director) as she called to confirm a viewing to which I had to cancel, missed her call but called back straight away to which she responded in an extremely rude manner as she was clearly upset over the cancellation. Have no idea why it would be taken personally to the point of her being insulting, stating accusations and then cutting the call. So glad to have dodged this bullet!

31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)Been very impressed with the service provided by Mann Lettings. From the initial chat with Jay through to the high level of customer service provided by Sukhy. Everything moved along smoothly at a good pace. Particular thanks to Sukhy for always being on hand to answer questions and advise. Would definitely recommend Mann to friends because of her input in the whole process.

Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords
29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)I know it is a tough market to sell with high rates, but the experience wasn’t great. We have been consistently pushed to lower our price, to a point it becomes really irritating. The buyers they found was not vet properly been told they already exchanged, pushed us take property off market then turn out they didn’t, and chain fell because our buyers’ buyers withdraw last minute. Wont recommend and won’t use them again.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.
18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)What a journey ! With a small chain was expecting a smooth ride but there were definitely bumps in the road. Throughout my hand was held, my frustrations ( not with Ryan I must add), were heard and solutions sought. Comms efficient and often, even when nothing to report - just keeping in touch. Would thoroughly recommend for wrap around professional but approachable support. Thanks to Ryan and all the team ????

Jo took time to listen to our needs & "juggled" things around to provide a viewing that suited our availability. Jo was very curtious & attentive when showing us around the property. He called when he said he would call & we felt we could "trust" him. Nothing seemed to be any bother for him - It was a pleasurable experience (even though we declined from buying that particular property, Jo was still very polite & encouraging).

He has an in-depth understanding of the local market and knew exactly how to stage the house to maximise its appeal. He quickly secured a buyer in a great position and was without exception available for any questions and to keep on top of the solicitors on both sides. He remained level headed through what can be a very stressful situation and I would unreservedly recommend him!
