We recently sold our Pinhoe property through Cooksleys of Exeter. From start to finish the service and support was excellent.
Having been left frustrated by a national estate agent brand earlier in the year we decided to market our house with a local independent.
Sales agent Daisy was assigned our property and worked hard to generate and arrange viewings. We were very impressed with her constant communication, updating us on viewers feedback and keeping in touch, even at quieter times.
On accepting an offer Daisy supported us through the weeks that followed, communicating between ourselves, the buyers and all parties solicitors. We are very grateful for the effort put into the sale of our house and we acknowledge that Daisy on behalf of Cooksleys was instrumental in achieving offer to sale completion in just seven weeks.

We bought a house via Daisy at Cooksleys as the Estate Agent. Daisy's communication and responsiveness despite her having a busy role in which things can happen very quickly. I felt at all times she was being fair with us as buyers, and the vendors. If you're selling your house, choose Daisy!

We've just bought our first house, with Daisy as our vendors' agent. Having heard plenty of horror stories about dealing with estate agents, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience.
Daisy was responsive and always helpful. She went the extra mile to keep us updated, often without being asked, and was a great conduit between all parties.
If the time comes when we want to move somewhere new, Daisy will be our first call.

I have received the best service from Cookleys letting service especially from Kym Hamilton from the day we went for house viewing until the day we moved in. She has always been so open to assisting us and always so friendly…I can say she really does have the utmost patience with her clients. Kym is prompt when it comes to attending to any enquiries we raise and if there’s a challenge she has always been open to attend to it and come up with solutions. We look forward to still work with her as we accommodate our new rental.

Daisy and the team at Cooksleys are absolutely wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling in the Exeter area. They were honest and reassuring from day one and made an incredibly stressful process much more bearable! I was given regular updates throughout the process so felt in the loop at all times, and always received quick and extensive responses to any queries I had. Absolute no brainer when it comes to choosing an estate agent in the future!

Daisy, Duncan and team at Cooksleys (Exeter) did a fantastic job in marketing and selling our house in what was (is) a challenging market. Our house was one that had ‘potential’ and needed the agents to be positive and solution orientated in their response to people viewing.
Daisy largely took care of us and we are so thankful for her positivity and professionalism.

Cooksleys have been great when selling our 2 bedroom end of terrace house. Our agent Jaz came round and took pictures and the house was on the market within 24 hours. We got a weekly report about statistics from Rightmove, and Jaz kept us up to date about interest and potential viewings. We accepted an offer within a week of it being listed. Mary was exceptionally helpful towards the end of the process when nearing exchange and completion, and I'd like to thank her for her determination and updates. I really don't think it would have happened when it did without her. Thank you.
