Jasmine and Duncan were personally always available and were able to chase issues further up the chain to ensure a smooth process. A big thank you to Duncan, Jasmine and `Team` for providing a wonderful service in selling our property in Exeter.
Communicating with them from London throughout I thought could be a little problematic however this in fact made no difference with communication lines by phone/email always open and promptly acted on.
They were very professional giving good advice on a realistic current value of the property, without the usual `flannel` of inflating the selling price as some agents seem to do, and how best to market the property. Professionalism is definitely the ethos of the Cooksleys business as is understanding and patience, as demonstrated when unexpected hold-ups occurred whilst waiting for certain legalities to be completed.
Our family would definitely recommend Cooksleys for anyone buying/selling a property in the Exeter area.
