I write regarding the service provided by Beth and Luke. I came into Exeter office seeking to rent a flat in the area.I met with both the individuals mentioned and I found them both to be welcoming, professionally friendly and very informative.

Through all my dealings they both always presented in this way when i telephoned one of them was always available and always as helpful and informative as possible. I also point out that I was regularly contacted by Luke in keeping me informed with all necessary developments.

It was also noticeable that whilst always being as efficient as possible, if Luke was ever uncertain regarding a question or piece of information then her would immediately refer to Beth who was always competent in addressing any issue. It was noticeable that Luke worked efficiently under Beth's professional guidance. All of their work successfully enabled me to complete the rental of a property.

The work of Beth and Luke was positive and professionally very competent but it always carried with it a professional friendly approach.

I finish by saying I would recommend Connells in Exeter through the work of Luke and Beth in the Lettings Team.

Every person I have met or spoken to within the team have been warm, welcoming, incredibly polite and professional. The staff are a credit to the company. I had put my house on the market with Connells after having three other agents out. Nathan was very professional, enthusiastic and assured me my house was very saleable. He had the professional photographer out to take photos and the details looked amazing. I had spoken with Emily in the branch who booked in a lot of the viewings for our open house. The team we're great and kept me up to date with the process. After the open house we had multiple offers come in. Nathan and Emily were able to get us £20,000 more than the bottom of our guide and £40,000 more than the other agent valued the house at. Its safe to say I am more than impressed with Connells Exeter and would recommend to anyone looking to sell/buy or use their financial services. Incredibly impressed to say the least.

So it's our first time moving out and we had absolutely nothing to go off experience base wise. We managed to call these guys up and get the info we needed for our now current flat as well as smoothly move in with no hiccups.

They were easy to contact, easier yet to get answers from as well as directions as what we were doing next. Seriously? It was a huge weight off of our shoulders going through these guys and made everything very streamline and well, easy. At every stage, if we had questions, they were there to phone or email with quick response.

Rhianna Larner has been assisting us with our property search. Her local knowledge is terrific and she has an excellent, professional rapport with her clients. Due to a cognitive disability I absolutely stuffed up our viewing schedule that Rhianna had set up for us. We showed up at the wrong place, wrong time which impacted all the other appointments but she was able to adjust everything without batting an eye and the vendors were happy to follow suit due to her fantastic handling of the situation.
